Took this ds' battery out like 3 days ago, went to play it today and the screen is damaged. I was very careful taking it apart I have no clue what this could be from any ideas?

Not that expensive but not cheap but i love them! All of them have faulty top screen so this is gonna be a pain in the back..

DS lite was already opened by me and changed a shell i already had but it still has some problems.

This little piece of plastic came off and the hinge is a bit loose now, want to know if there is a way of repairing this.

I recently bought a Nintendo DS Fat, everything was fine because I hadn't bought the R4DS, but when I bought it and went to put the DS in to charge, it simply wouldn't charge.

I thought: "ah, it must be the old battery" I went there and bought another one.

It arrived today, but when I put it to charge it simply didn't charge, what now? What do I do? How am I going to charge this DS?

I've thought about charging the batteries with those universal chargers, you know? The ones where you put the battery in and the charger in the socket, but I don't think it would be very practical.

Anyone interested in purchasing two ds lites? One is in decent condition but has a shoulder button which permanently presses down and the other is in great condition cosmetically but has screen yellowing

Hey! I recently purchased a DS Lite and the exterior is in amazing condition and I want to keep it that way which is why I purchased a clear shell on Amazon. When putting it on I noticed this weird spiral rainbow thing on the top shell. I don’t see this on the bottom shell which I’m assuming I did something wrong? Any idea as to what it might be and how to fix it?

I tried cleaning it with a damp paper towel and going over that spot repeatedly and a an air can.

I just won and paid for a DS Lite bundle on shopgoodwill.com and it comes with an R4 Revolution for DS card. I've never messed with these. I just recently started my journey into collecting DS devices. From what lil i've read, seems this was an older card, so just wondering if it is still useable with some of the newer home brew programs out.

My brother was using my 9 year old DS and accidentally deleted one of my recordings I had when I was just a young kid. The DS didn't ever have any SD card or any memory card. How do I restore my recording?

Hello all! I am asking for your pros and cons you have with your dsi (and dsi xl) consoles! I will have the opportunity to either buy a dsi xl or a psp tomorrow, and I’d really like to hear from both sides of the argument. I’ll be posting something similar in the psp subreddit and I’ll be deciding when I wake up later today/tomorrow. So here’s my predicament:

I already own a 2ds xl so I can play all the ds games, eliminating the need for one, but I do hear the experience on native hardware is incomparable. I also have a handheld emulator that can emulate psp, eliminating the need there also. And as my school has banned mobile phones, I could use the psp as my source of entertainment, seeing as it can play mp3, mp4, and has literal movies made for it. But I am a sucker for the Mario and Pokémon franchise.

Any helps appreciated!
