Best version of Alien to buy?
I know the best version would be Alien in 4k but, I discovered that besides the 4k there's an awesome art book that came with the 35th anniversary 1080p blu-ray which I love. Is there a similar one for a 4k version? Or an even better additional features?

Do you remember your first dvd you watched? What about blu-ray and 4k blu-ray?
I still remember vividly the excitement that came with all three of these formats.
For my first DVD watch it was The Matrix.
Blu-ray was 10,000 BC
4k was Thor: Ragnarok
Looking back on it all I feel these were perfect entry points. They were all giving credit to the formats. All three being extremely stylistic in presentation.

A small acquisition from goodwill today. Im particularly excited about the star treks, the addition of "Scorpion King 2", the sealed copy of Destroy all humans and Dragonheart something ive loved since i was a wee lad
corpse Bride and return to zombie island are sealed. ultraviolet is going right next to my copy of aeon flux. Armageddon will be with my disaster movies. Zohan with my sandler (love that guy).

So in my movie collection, I currently have a section entitled: "They made one sequel/remake decades later".
In this section, I currently have:
- Top Gun and Top Gun: Maverick
- Blade Runner and Blade Runner 2049
- Total Recall (1990) and Total Recall (2012)
- Independence Day and Independence Day: Resurgence
- RoboCop Trilogy and RoboCop (2014)
Can anyone think of other movies/franchise that would fit in this category?
I'm looking for movies or franchises that have one sequel or remake that came at least 10 years later.
