A place for you to show of or ask questions about any truck that's got some years on her. If it had a stock CD player as an option it's probably too new.
This is a subreddit for those who love all classic trucks along with stories and pics of yours or others. We are open to utes and pick-ups alike as long as they are >25 years old.

Super excited to begin the restoration on this old Chevy LUV pickup. The custom paint job from the 70s looks even cooler with 50+ years of patina. These little trucks were built by Isuzu and sold as the Isuzu Faster in Japan, and then were imported and sold as the Chevy LUV in the US and many other markets. This truck is the top trim with the Mikado package. These were available with 4x4, however ours was not. Can’t wait to have this back on the road!
Rescued this ole girl using spare parts I’ve collected. Most money spent was on the gauges lol
I bought this as my first project ever and i’m considering selling now for something a little nicer. it’s a montana truck so super clean other than surface rust which is hard to find in MN. But here’s my problem everything mechanical is farmer fucked and this being my first project and doing all this alone i’m so over my head and lost. It hasn’t driven since i bought it 2 years ago and I don’t want to put a bunch of money into it this summer if i can’t even get it to drive so advice/ thoughts are appreciated :)
Hi, I want to buy an older truck probably a 1987-1996 Ford or Dodge truck. The issue is I probably won't be able to until June of this year after we move. Is it getting harder to find these trucks, and are prices going up? In my area a busted 1994 Ford with motor issues are sometimes $2-3,000. Should I worry about them getting more expensive?
So I previously submitted a request for help and although I fixed that issue have a new one at hand. I replaced the fuel pump to carb line installed a new carb and filter and fuel pump yet it seems to rev really high and backfire. I loosened the air mixture screws and it doesn’t change the idle at all. All help is appreciated.
My friends truck gmc 79 camper special doesn’t like to run smooth at 45 mph, 44mph smooth 47mph smooth. Took it to the shop and transmission is good. Not sure what’s happening. Any thoughts?
Not sure about this currently on Google browsing figured ID post in here also.
So like the title says, 1954 Dodge 5 window pilot house shortbed. Got it on trade needs some tlc but what 54 doesnt thats been sitting in a field. Anyways recently a 2005 dodge ram srt10 has gone up for sale locally, it was rolled so the cab is shot but everything else seems fine just from eyeballing it. Was thinking about how well that 54 body would work on the 05 frame with that v10. Along with how much moddifing i might have to do. Not saying i would go this route but a 54 with a v10 sounds nice in my head. Thoughts, advice or concerns? Thanks in advance.
I have a GMC chassis that I believe is 1956. Is it possible to identify whether it is a 3/4 ton or a 1/2 ton from the photos attached? It's a SWB 6ft bed pickup truck. It has clearly had bracing in the frame and some sort of modified shocks & mounts. but hopefully these pics will help.
