I thought the combat with the * chips was a huge improvement from the first, among other small details. That being said, I did not have fun with Freezeman or the dragon boss.
Freezeman was just so tedious that I ended up looking at guides for it, because I couldn't be bothered going back and forth so much.
I think the dragon was kinda lame that they ended it with a fight where you just sit and weight until it opens its mouth.
But apart from that it was fun.
Having a 2nd folder was cool, but I kinda just ended up sticking with one, except for the boss fight with magnet man where my main deck struggled. I WILL say, I didn't use any program advance on the first game, and building a sword deck that facilitates it for this one was huge. Lifesword 2 and 3 are crazy strong, even if it WAS a pain to get the R chips.
I'm excited to play 3 because I hear that it's very good.
My build in the end was:
Folder
3x Bubbler R
2x FireSwrd R
2x AquaSwrd R
2x ElecSword R
2x FireBlde R
2x AquaBlde R
2x ElecBlde R
1x Satelit2 R
2x Recov120 S
1x PanlGrab *
1x AreaGrab *
2x AreaGrab R
1x FullCust *
2x Atk+10 *
3x Atk+20 *

Roll v3
If Hub didn't die, what Navis do you think the Twins would have and what do you think they would be like? If you think it would be better for them to have entirely new Navis (as opposed to Robot Masters turned programs), go right ahead and go as far into detail as you wish about them.
Hi!! I finished the whole saga recently and thinking in platinum at least the first collection, i dont know if someone can Help me trading me a bunch of chips or giving me tips about folder that can Help me i'm this task
Is there a list of unobtainable chips to get 4 copies of in BN3 blue, and not just version exclusive navi chips. Things like Areagrab *. Thanks very much!
Does anyone have the link
I've been wondering how do I get bass in mega Man battle network 4.5??
Chords are made from the baseline
How close am I to beating the game? First time playing. I just beat Colorman with the runaway bus. It seems like there may be a couple more bosses. Am I right?
Seriously it's just funny how Joker keeps spamming giga chips from both versions unlike Ace who fights similarly to you.
Just beat the game, have around 130k zenny after beating every request and the story (and purchasing only HP memory from shops).
I checked and in order to buy everything I need to farm....700k more zenny :|
There is a skill that I can equip that doubles the money gained in a fight, so if I farm in Undernet 5 or something I get...600-700 zenny a fight...which means I need to do 1000 battles or so.
Yeah this will take forever...does anyone have any better way?
(Seems like a longshot seeing as nobody played this game as it was just recently made available, but i'll try anyway :) )
And I only figured that out on the very last one laughs in pain
…for hooking me up with these. 4.5 was the last game I need to finish my GBA EXE set and I always wanted the special edition for the collection. Finding Navi Data chips is also super hard so I was stoked to be able to get the one for one of my favorite Navis.
It's finally time! We are doing our 1st of many challenges in Mega Man Star Force 3 today & I wanted to reach out to the people here who like the Star Force series.
