Yeah am not saying anything new but even though I was used to CW schedules (don't judge me) back then I didn't really considered how strange it was such regime. Castlevania, LOVM, or other animated series with less than 20 episodes a season are all anual, so why did Netflix experimented with this method? Do you have any other example of a series with this season releasing regime? Is it considered a failed experiment?

I just realized that reaching the end, we may have never been told exactly what was going to happen with the Galra industries and their dépendance in the Quintessence. Maybe Allura made it to give them plenty of it to last galactic generations, but was never said.

Hey! New to the fandom, binged legendary defender in like 4 days lol, but so many plot holes and I’m just confused. Random but could Narti be Ven’tar in legendary defenders? Like somehow she survived super messed up and like bonded with the cat? The balcony scene before this shot had them and the cat. I think I’m going crazy 🤪

Given what was said about the upcoming Voltron film being about a new send me the original universe, and given that they can't use anything from Voltron legendary defender, this is what I think we're going to see for thelive action film; an entire generation after the original Voltron teams battle with the drule Empire, the Son of Lotor will probably rise again and need the drule Empire in a new attack on the far universe. Earth will send a new team of Space Explorers to arus, and a diverse cast who will become four of the five new Voltron Pilots. We will probably see a new princess of the planet arus, would you will be the daughter of Keith and Allura from the original series. The princess will become the leader of the team, and will also see Pidge who's now a grown man, and has taken the role of c o r a n. I wouldn't also surprise me if a prince or princess from planet Pollux we're also involved and might become a pilot, the son or daughter of seven and Romelle. I could see Henry cavill's character being the New Black Lion pilot from earth, who becomes the princesses love interest. Given Hollywood's track record and Mr koplars plan for the franchise, does it sound about right?

My boyfriend (41M) is a huge fan of Voltron and I guess he brought the full set to show & tell one day in early kindergarten or 1st grade? I want to try to surprise him with a model but I don't know where to start- any advice?

Did you see that short vid from Voltron writer-director Rawson Marshal Thurber? I'm excited about the upcoming film but can't help but be more cautious than optimistic after hearing they're "introducing an entirely new generation of pilots" and have "reimagined Voltron." What do you guys think?

I've never seen Voltron from start to finish. I watched like around 10 episodes from random seasons while my sister played it in the living room for the course of couple weeks.

Loved the concept, loved the characters, loved the animation, hated the execution. Any fanfic recs that give the same vibe and introduce you to the universe from the beginning but maybe rewritten?

Obviously discussion with spoilers, I don't mind. I won't watch it. I've been told much of the lore. Didn't like the endings and also prefer reading books and fics over watching anyway

Hi guys sooo i just watched the Show and i have sooooo many Questions.

So first was Lotor alive when he was back in his melted form bc his Mom or Qeen or Witch said to the princess that she controls him and he was goo soooo yea and some time after that we see his mech next to the Witches/Mom/Qeen sooo was he just dead or was he a zombie..... and why didnt she make a clone of him or anything else they made like 500 clones of shiro and used just one ONE and AND other question why didnt they build a time machine there was magic in this world wormholes and more crazy stuff but that woman wanted to go to another reality why just go back in time done

And i kinda feel bad for lotor yea he made a slave camp but like he really wanted good but he was on a bad way to do it

Ohhh and why did shiro just kiss a other random man ? At the end LIKE I GET IT HE IS GAY ME TOO SISTER but we never had anything that he liked him or anything i think he talked to him in one ep but thats it i kinda wanted a ep where he would tell his feelings for him

So I don't know if anyone noticed, but the show The Untamed was supposed to leave Netflix on the 24/25, but several days ago the "Leaving Soon" tag was removed (not only in the US but in many other countries). And it's still on Netflix as of now. I'm wondering if this should make us hopeful that Voltron might also stay???

Does anyone know why The Untamed might have stayed? Could it be because many people started watching it again?

Do we know for sure that the reason Voltron is leaving is because of the contract with Dreamworks?

it's a coincidence that voltron is leaving netflix this year because december 14th, which was the day season 8 dropped 6 years ago, falls on the same day of the week as the year it happened (2018, saturday)
