What PLA uniform is this exactly?

My friend turned up to the bar this Halloween with this PLA uniform on. He said he got it from some kind of flea market it doesn’t know exactly what uniform it is. As far as I can tell it’s relatively modern but likely not the current dress uniform, at least according to the limited research I did. I thought it may be the Type 07 uniform but I don’t think it’s that one due to differing from it in several ways. I know for sure is that it a NCO uniform. Any ideas on exactly what uniform this is?

Spanish army infantry uniform according to the uniform regulations of 1815 - the soldier standing wears a grenadiers uniform. The two shakos are Cazadores (left) and Fusiliers (right). This uniform regulation was worn by units that were deployed to the Americas to fight the independence movements.

US Army Spanish-American War field uniform (replica)

One of the first major US Army uniforms made in a color other than dark blue. The sky blue facings indicate infantry; other colors indicated different army branches (yellow for cavalry, red for artillery, etc). The officer’s version was similar, the most notable difference is a lack of colored pocket flaps.
