As the title states, which Country/city/state/region would you STRONGLY recommend Immediately have a tram/light-rail service(s) to greatly improve the local public transport ridership + local economic boom?
the tram in question is the Nagasaki Electric Tramway Car No. 134

By the time of publishing the picture the damage has been already fixed, I've seen it on the line
I am working on a project right now, and I need to calculate the energy consumption of a tram. I am aware that there are a lot of factors, but I am looking for an average in kWh/Km. Thank you
