As the title says, I’m trying to watch “Three Tears in Borneo” from Australia. Google hasn’t given me a clear idea about what streaming service I should use. Thanks for helping.
(post 2020 if possible) The bigger the age gap, the better.
There is one drama where a fmc hurt her leg in the middle of the road. Then she saw a handsome angel. The angel was actually a part time student model. Then he eventually helped her and he has a same age sister which is same class with the fmc. I forgot which drama was this.
It had been in my watch list since forever, except when I finally decided to watch there's quite a lot to choose from. Is the movie just the same story but not as episodes ? Is the Kdrama a better version ? Or does it have a different plot ? Both Tdramas released on 2019 have different episode number, are they not the same ?
I knew it had Kdrama adaptation, I was planning to watch the one that could cost the least amount of time, and captured the story perfectly
Hi, I'm looking for the drama pawnshop no. 8... It was a very old drama from 2003.
I found the whole series (116 episodes) on Youtube without English subtitles. I badly want to watch this drama... I am thinking of doing the sub myself (by using Google translate 😭)
But if anyone knows where I can watch, download or even buy this series please let me know.
Hi, everyone
I’m looking for an old Taiwanese drama that I watched a while ago. It was quite long, around 40 to 50 episodes. The story is about a young couple who get married right after high school. The girl was a vegetarian, and the boy later goes to military service. When he returns, he starts selling houses. In the first episode, the boy proposes to the girl while they are still in high school, but he loses the engagement ring. Initially, the girl doesn’t want to get married, but she eventually agrees. The boy’s father works all the time, and his mother has cancer and eventually passes away. There were no modern cell phones in the drama, so it seems quite old.
I do not remember the name, but I remember that it was in youtube.
It's my first ever Taiwanese drama. The subtitles are absolutely poor though but I still enjoyed the first episode. Where can I find better English subtitles? And how good is the drama?
What happened on February 14th? Did Chen Yun-Ju kill herself on February 14th as well? Was Chen Yun-Ju ever murdered?
Why did they have to destroy the tape? Would Chen Yun-Ju have still killed herself if they didn't erase everything? Was there no way to stop her suicide without erasing everything they went through in 1989?
What happened to the tape in the new timeline? Wouldn't by destroying the tape they went back to before the tape was destroyed meaning Li Zi-wei still ordered the tape and potentially has the tape now?
These are the main questions I was wondering after finishing the series
Has anyone watched this drama before?? I watched it while it was airing and I fell in love with it. I have also rewatched it many times after. The reviews are not that great because it has many plot holes and as most Taiwanese dramas I have watched, ending is not that great and could be written better.
I fell in love with the actors and actresses because of their acting, especially Wei Man. I watched all of her dramas since then, but nothing tops her performance in Deja Vu for me.
Let me know y'alls thoughts.
As I recall, it was near the end of the series where the male love interest snatches a engagement ring from the villainess of the series and throws it into the fireplace, and the villainess fishes it out with her bare hands. I don't remember much but that scene sticks out so much. I'm sorry if it isn't much.
Hi all, my first time in this sub! After not watching dramas seriously for a few years I felt this impulse to rewatch some dramas, one of them being Queen of SOP! This is the first season btw, with Joe Chen, Zhang Han and Godfrey Gao.
I'm not 100% sure why I feel so strongly about this particular series, maybe because of the nostalgia factor or because I really really loved the characters, main cast and love story. I'm having lots of emotions after finishing the show, and keep thinking about it throughout the day!
I would love to talk more with anyone else who remembers this show, or has even watched it recently. About some aspects that I was disappointed by, and what I really enjoyed. Just everything and anything really.
I've tried to follow the actors, but people are saying it's hard to sign up for Weibo outside of China and I'm based in Australia. Also, I'm deeply saddened by the reminder of Godfrey's passing. :(
Anyways if anyone wants to leave their thoughts I would really appreciate it! Or you can DM me too. Really looking forward to being able to chat with some of you about this show. :)
The show I’m looking for is named 爱就在一起 (ai jiu zai yi qi). The english name is either ToGetHer or Superstar Express. It aired first in 2009 and stars Rainie Yang and Jiro Wang. I used to love the show but am literally not able to find if ANYWHERE now. Does anyone know where I can stream it?? I tried a ton of websites but none of them worked. I would literally pay to watch it
It is no longer available on Netflix and I can't find any other places that stream it
Has anyone else watched The 2003 Taiwanese drama "The Rose"? I just binged watched it and I have to say it is absolutely insane and I can hardly find any information about it online. I really enjoyed it minus the incest and am wondering who else has also watched it because it was so out there I need to talk about it to someone.
One question that I'm really hung up on is whether Xiaolong is ever gonna know the whole truth about Guo Shengtai or if that's going to be kept secret by Jinqin, Zhenzhen, and Chen Che (and Yajuan? It seems as if she's not supposed to know but I think she likely realized at least from the lighter incident, at the latest, that there was more to the story).
He's so far behind everyone else that it feels like he's the time traveler that found himself 5 episodes ahead and it's just very unbelievable.
I'm going to Tainan for my studies and I was wondering if there are any good dramas shot in Tainan or other southern Taiwanese cities like Kaohsiung. I know 想見你 someday or one day was mostly shot in Tainan, but are there any other good dramas shot in southern Taiwan which you can recommend?
Hello! I’m a newbie to taïwanaises dramas i just watched someday or one day and oh no ! Here comes troubles. Can you recommend me some good dramas .
Recently, I started learning Chinese and started watching "some day or one day". I was wondering if the mandarin spoken here is entirely the same as the standard Mandarin spoken in mainland Chinese drama (by this I know that both are mandarin, but are there are differences in pronunciation of words or tones that gives it away that a taiwanese drama is a taiwanese drama?). I don't know if this made sense but hopefully someone could answer it

Just binged triad princess again with a friend and we are absolutely shook that there is still no 2nd season!!!! They prepared everything for a good and interesting plot, with the fiancé being evil.. When will they put that weight off our shoulders??
Does anyone know anything? I couldn't find anything on the internet :(
So my wife and I picked up a Viki/Kocowa subscription for Christmas and have been barrelling our way through the top Kdramas there. But Viki is often recommending shows in Mandarin. Being that I am not a big fan of the CCP, I'd rather watch shows produced in Taiwan. Aside from Google searching each show, is there a quick way (preferably of Viki, but I guess just in general) to tell if the show was made in Taiwan?
