A community for people who have not given-up the fight for a Bernie Sanders presidency.
Obey Reddit's rules.
No CTR/ShareBlue trolls. If David Brock wants to tell us something, he can come here and say it, himself. If you just show up and start randomly accusing people of being super-secret Trump supporters or Russian spies (you'd be surprised how often we get slandered with that by neoliberal troll accounts), we'll probably assume you're one of Brock's trolls and ban you without warning. Brock's trolls completely destroyed S4P back in 2016 and we won't allow that to happen here.
Pretty much anything else goes in terms of what you can say. Just remember that free speech is a two-way street and it doesn't protect you from downvotes.
This sub advocates a Bernie Sanders presidency, period. We are the supporters who didn't throw in the towel and surrender in the face of corruption.
No giving-up hope! They can't take it from us unless we let them.

Done Waiting is a progressive, grassroots organization that advocates for and endorses progressive candidates and policies around the country.
In our first 2 months, we made 60,000 calls (without a dialer) for Adam Christensen, a progressive candidate that ran in Florida’s 3rd Congressional District in 2020. Since then, we have made calls to constituents urging them to call their representatives to support the Green New Deal, and we have made calls to people in Georgia to get them to register and vote in the runoff election.
We’ve recently worked on behalf of Nina Turner’s campaign for Representative of Ohio’s 11th district. We made almost 30,000 calls for her campaign in the first week since our endorsement. In total, we made over 600,000 calls for her.
We are a completely volunteer-run organization, mainly consisting of students. If you would be so generous as to give us any financial support, it would go toward things like:
Investing in infrastructure to help our dedicated army of phone bankers reach even more people per hour (current output exceeds 1200 hours/week)
Buying essential voter data to bolster our proprietary advocacy software and increase voter outreach in strategic areas
Covering minimal overhead costs related to communications and legal compliance
Your donation would only go toward operating costs, nobody working in this organization gets paid so none of the money will enter our pockets.
Our donation link can be found here.
If you would like to offer us some financial support but also get something in return, we have some items available at our new merch store. We sell t-shirts, hoodies, stickers, and more, all designed by our merch team.
If you can’t support us financially but would still like to assist us in another way, you can volunteer with us by filling out this application, which takes about 30 seconds.
Here is our website so you can learn more about us. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask!
We greatly appreciate any contribution you’re able to make. We recognize that this is a very difficult time so, above all, please stay as safe and healthy as possible. Thank you.
There’s little doubt that the election wasn’t stolen from Donald Trump, in what the media is now referring to as “The Big Lie.”
(Edit: no more than five minutes after this was posted on Facebook, one of my memes was labeled as false or misleading, presumably by an automated program, even though it was altered to show that it wasn’t referring to Trump’s claim that the election was stolen from him. If they had checked what I wrote they would have realized their article doesn’t apply to my claims. Even though that Meme is accurate and the Fact Check was false, I’m not posting it here, but it's still at the top of the article. Facebook is not only making a false claim, but they're threatening to shut down FB groups that don't censor the truth, which is a dangerous thing. Other social media organizations, including Reddit, are pressuring moderators to censor unauthorized information as well, often even the truth.)
However they’re using this “Big Lie” as an excuse to censor legitimate complaints about real election rigging, mostly in the primaries, to steal one election after another from the people!
https://zacherydtaylor.blogspot.com/2021/05/the-big-lie-used-as-excuse-to-censor.html
Elections are routinely rigged by simply refusing to cover candidates unless they collect an enormous amount of money from Wall Street corporations. This guarantees they never get name recognition and aren’t “viable” even if they support issues popular with the majority of the public. Bernie didn’t get fair coverage compared to Clinton or Biden; but there are many more that don’t get any coverage at all, and are much better than establishment candidates.
There are at least twenty, if not many more, fiscal issues, including Medicare for All, opposition to wars based on lies and the Green New Deal, where a large majority of the public is on one side of the issue while campaign donors and traditional politicians who get media coverage are on the other side of the issue.
There are always candidates for high office, including the presidency, congressional or Senate and many local offices, that try to gain support by campaigning on issues popular with the public; but, without support from the political establishment or Wall Street these candidates can’t get any media coverage, ensuring they’ll never get name recognition needed to be viable.
However, if an establishment candidate that pretends to support a few of these fiscal issues for the duration of the campaign, or hedges and avoids making clear statements on them, collects an enormous amount of money from Wall Street or front organizations to avoid appearing to sell out wants media coverage to make them viable the media gives them plenty of coverage, often a bizarre amount of obsession coverage.
This is why the political establishment is totally unresponsive to the vast majority of issues supported by the public, even if they put on a show pretending to care about these issues.
Traditional media has always suppressed coverage they don’t like; however, thanks to the Capital riots and other events, Social Media is now much more likely to censor honest grassroots efforts to expose corruption. They’ve already repeatedly censored many efforts to speak out against election rigging.
I’m half expecting this post to be censored, or minimized one way or another; but I’ll give it a shot anyway.
Nina Turner continues to speak truth to power and to fight to secure justice for us all.
Her platform is meant to secure social, racial, economic, healthcare, and environmental justice for all of us. She supports Medicare for All, the Green New Deal, free public college and cancelling student debt, increasing the minimum wage, and she takes no corporate money.
You can find more information about Nina Turner and her campaign at her website. You can also volunteer to help her campaign by doing things like phone banking or text banking, or you can donate to her campaign if you would prefer to support Nina in that way.

Turner made history in 2005 as the first African American woman to represent ward one on the Cleveland City Council, and again in 2008 as the first woman to serve as a state senator in Ohio’s 25th District. She led the effort to create Ohio’s first task force on police and community relations in the wake of tragic police killings in Ohio and across the country.
In 2016 she was a national surrogate for Bernie Sanders’ presidential campaign. In 2020, she was the national co-chair for Bernie’s campaign.

We are a group that advocates for and endorses progressive candidates and policies. We endorse progressive candidates and help them in elections by making thousands of calls to voters on their behalf.
We also pressure centrist politicians that are already in office into supporting policies like Medicare for All, the Green New Deal, Debt-Free College, and getting corporate money out of politics.
We’re sick of half-measures and incremental changes that do nothing to help average, working-class people. We’re tired of being told to wait for reforms that are long overdue, especially when we’re running out of time for bold, comprehensive action on issues like climate change.
We will never refuse to endorse a progressive candidate based on who their opponent is. We refuse to ignore those that are in races against powerful people, as these are often some of the most important races to be won.
We will rescind an endorsement if a candidate backs an establishment candidate over a progressive, if they take any corporate money, or if they compromise the progressive values that we endorsed them for in the first place.
We’re sick of a status quo that only works for the wealthy and the elite.
In our first 2 months, we made 60,000 calls for Adam Christensen, a progressive candidate that ran in Florida’s 3rd Congressional District. If these issues interest you and you would like to learn more about us, you can visit our website at this link.
There you can find more information about us and the policies that we support, as well as the candidates we have endorsed. If someone you know is looking for an endorsement, they can apply for one there as well.
You can also apply to volunteer to help us carry out our mission. This is an entirely volunteer-run organization, and we welcome anyone that would like to volunteer their time to fight for these policies. You can meet plenty of other young, like-minded progressives from all over the country, and the application only takes about 30 seconds. The application can be found here.
Finland has shown that it’s far less expensive to house people than to deal with them on the street driving up emergency room & police costs; however, little of that is reported in the media or used to make decisions. Instead, high priced consultants are hired to lie and distract from how a rigged economy causes this.
https://zacherydtaylor.blogspot.com/2020/12/machiavellian-assault-on-science-poor.html
One of the most brazen of those consultants is Robert Marbut, who has been lying about his success and studies to demonize the poor. Even though he was discredited years before Trump was elected he was hired by the White House. He’s obviously a white collar scam artist working for the oligarchy.
But even though Obama’s former appointee, Barbara Poppe, isn’t quite as bad, she charged an enormous amount of money to try to tell people in Seattle, where there’s little or no affordable housing, that homelessness is a separate issue from both affordable housing and income inequality despite overwhelming evidence that shows this is false.
We’re being run by white collar scam artists that are trying to brainwash us to stay in our place; however, understanding basic principles is enough to expose these scam artists.
