David Sirota: Look, you can say this kind of thing isn't worse than Trump corruption, you can even say you don't care about this. But liberals berating journalists for reporting it and insisting that it isn't even worth reporting or newsworthy - that's how corruption gets totally normalized.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez: We're Alphabet workers. We’ve been organizing for over a year, & we’re finally ready to share why. This morning, we're announcing #AWU, the first union open to *all* workers at any Alphabet company. Every worker deserves a union—including tech workers. https://t....

David Sirota: Take a look at the comments on this tweet for a good example of how soft corruption is being enthusiastically normalized by Brunch Liberals. These comments should be put in a museum so that future historians understand what happened to our society.

David Sirota: Janet Yellen made $4M speaking to companies & orgs that lobby Treasury. Antony Blinken advised at least seven companies w/ business before the State Dept. Neither is pledging to recuse re: those interests. From me, @WalkerBragman & @jul1arock @dailyposter https://t.co/ozjhQv...

Bernie Sanders: I stand in solidarity with @AlphabetWorkers who are organizing to form a union at Google. What these workers are fighting for is not radical. They want fair wages and a workplace free from abuse, retaliation, intimidation and discrimination. And that is exactly what they deserve.

David Sirota: Companies like Goldman Sachs and Citigroup that paid speaking fees to Joe Biden’s Treasury and State nominees also have business before the departments they are set to run — potentially a serious conflict of interest. https://t.co/lIzltz4BjZ

David Sirota: Federalize Unemployment insurance already, this pandemic showed how ill equipped states are to get money to people in need in a timely fashion. People likely died because of unemployment check snafus across the country. Georgia was bad, but Florida was just as egregious tbh.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez: I’ve survived sexual assault, police abuse, domestic violence, and being unhoused and uninsured. That's not a unique pain I carry. It's one that so many of us live with each day. Today, I take my seat in Congress to fight for a world where nobody has to endure that pain.

David Sirota: Now that Biden's not going to cancel student debt, watch as all of the various groups that pushed him to do it silently drop the issue and pretend it never happened, rather than hold him accountable. It's how you know they message outward, rather than represent anyone.
