In other words when you sign contracts and agreements were you are the SURETY - you are the obligee - your body and property is up for bail like a fugitive - you are making yourself SURETY for debts - stop using your SSN (SURETY dead person) claiming YOU the living are that SURETY. - then they foreclose on your home, or they repo your car, or you miss a trial and you get hunted down like a fugitive with a bounty over your head.

The Timeline of the Great Fraud and Declaration Of Law How America was changed to a Corporation and you became a slave to it.

1. 1754-1776: The “United Colonies” take shape as a loose political association, and the First

and Second Continental Congresses result. 2. 1776: The Colonies declare independence. 3. 1781: The Articles of Confederation bind “States” --- political subdivisions of the United Colonies – together in a “perpetual union”, creating a confederation of States to operate in the international Jurisdiction of the Sea. [Why a “confederation” instead of a “federation”? --Be-cause the original States gave up some of their natural jurisdiction to the new political entity, the Union, they created.] 4. 1783: The Treaty of Paris and Treaty of Versailles cements this arrangement splitting the land and sea jurisdictions between the States and the Federal Union and places King Geor ge III as Trustee of American interests on the “High Seas and Navigable Inland Waterways” ---which means he kept control of American international commerce. The new “Union” entity operating in the international Jurisdiction of the sea was always controlled by the British and it has al-ways been the British Monarch’s responsibility as International Trustee to manage it and guar-antee its proper operation. It has instead run amok for 150 years. 5. 1787: The Supreme Perfected Republican Declaration of the United Colonies creates the National Trust owed the Continental United States. 6. 1789: Two years later, “The Constitution for the united States of America” splits off the sea jurisdiction and creates the new Federal United States. A year later (1790) the Federal United States forms a commercial company doing business as the United States (Commercial Compa -ny) to provide the nineteen enumerated services agreed to by the subscribing States. 7. 1812-1814: The British try to horn in again and are beaten back. This skirmish results in the Treaty of Ghent, where the British interests in American shipping and commerce are reaf -firmed and lasting peace is promised in return. 8. 1845: The British Monarch and Pope secretly agree to undermine the American System of government via the Treaty of Verona. The British Monarch breaches the Treaty of Ghent and both the Pope and the King secretly breach their trust as International Trustees. They set out on a covert action and issued Letters of Marque and Reprisal to the members of the Bar Associa-tions, allowing them to act as Foreign Agents on American soil and as privateers free to plunder American commerce. 9. 1860: Thanks to the efforts of the Bar Associations a member of the Bar, Abraham Lincoln, is elected to serve as President. Note that he is ineligible serve as President of the united States of America, by the Titles of Nobility Amendment to the actual Constitution--- but is eligible to serve as President of the United States (Commercial Company).
This is the same situation we have with Barack Obama who is ineligible to serve as President of the United States of Ameri-ca, but is able to serve as President of the United States (Incorporated). 10. 1861: The Civil War begins. Congress adjourns for lack of quorum and without a date to reconvene. Lincoln organizes a Delaware Corporation and the remaining members of Congress begin functioning as a Board of Directors. 11. 1862: The “Corporate Congress”---a body of men no different than the Board of Directors of IBM, change the meaning of a single word ---only and explicitly for use within their corpora -tion. That word is “person”. From then on the word “person” is deemed to mean “corporation” for federal government purposes. (37th “Congress”-- Second Session, Chapter 49, Section 68.) 12. 1863: Lincoln signs the Lieber Code as Commander in Chief and puts the Union Army, the Grand Army of the Republic, in charge of the nation’s future and money supply. A day later, he bankrupts the original United States (Commercial Company). 13. 1865: Lee’s Army surrenders to Grant and a general armistice is declared. The Southern States are in ruins and under military occupation by the Union. The original Northern States are bankrupt. Foreign banks are in control of the new “United States of America, Inc.” and the Union Army reigns supreme. Over the next two years President Andrew Johnson will three times publically declare peace on the land jurisdiction of the Continental United States, but peace is never declared in the international Jurisdiction of the Sea controlled by the Federal United States under the trusteeship of the British Monarch. 14.1868: The Corporate Congress writes itself a new Corporate Constitution, called “the Constitution of the United States of America” and palms off this look-alike, sound-alike private corporate document “as if” it were the actual Constitution. This is fraud on many levels. The Constitution of the United States of America purposefully sought to confuse and delude people into thinking it was the actual Equity Contract obligating the States to receive services and sub-rogate their international jurisdiction to the federal government. 15. 1871: The Corporate Congress begins to set up shop for itself by creating a separate gov -ernment for the District of Columbia. The initial effort fails but seven years later the Washing-ton DC Municipality is created as an independent international city state run as a plenary oligar-chy by the members of “Congress”. Also in 1871, the Corporate Congress claimed to own all United States corporations--- 41st “Congress”-- Third Session, Chapters 62, 63, 64, and 65. 16. 1874-1885: All the actual States on the land are reorganized and at the same time com -pletely new “Federal States” are created and new “State Constitutions” are written for them. The original States on the land are renamed in this process. The original State of Ohio operat-ing the land jurisdiction became the Ohio State, while the usurping “Federal State”--- merely a corporate franchise of the United States of America, Inc. operating in the international Jurisdic-tion of the Sea---took over the name “State of Ohio”.
17. 1900-1904: Still lusting after more power for itself, the Corporate Congress set up a sec -ond shop for itself and obtained permission to do it from the Supreme Court in a series of cases known as The Insular Tariff Cases. As with setting up the Washington DC Municipality as a foreign city-state on our shores and running it as their own little oligarchy , the “Congress” now took the “federal territories and possessions” and made a new “union” of “American states”----Puerto Rico, Guam, et alia---and began calling it “the United States of America (Minor)”. They just forgot to add the (Minor) part of the name from then on, and let people assume that all the repugnant laws they passed governing this “Constitutional Democracy” also applied to the Continental United States. 18. 1912-1913: A private association of European and American banks calling themselves “The Federal Reserve” bought the governmental services corporation known as “The United States of America, Inc.” and its “State” franchises as a business venture, and began operating such familiar agencies as The United States Department of Agriculture and The United States Department of Transportation as private, for-profit businesses---without telling anyone. They exercised the “government powers” they didn’t really possess in a vast fraud scheme in collu-sion with members of “Congress” to institute a fiat monetary system and misused their position of trust to put competitors out of business, set up monopolies, rig commodity markets, and com-mit other acts of blatant self-interested criminality and fraud.
19. 1917: Engaging in a war for profit, Congress and their Banker Bosses passed the War Powers Act and the Trading With the Enemy Act, and numerous other illegal and repugnant “Acts” pertaining only to the Federal United States and the international Jurisdiction of the Sea, but presented them to the public as if this claptrap pertained to the actual States and People on the land of the Continental United States. Deceived by this venal and purposeful fraud, millions of Americans complied with what they believed to be the “Law” passed by a legitimate Con-gress acting as deputies of the States and the People. 20. 1918-1933: Once in control of the monetary system the “Federal Reserve” increased the monetary supply exponentially, causing the “Roaring Twenties”. They built the house of cards and on October 29, 1933, they collapsed it---deliberately. This enabled them to put thousands of competitors out of business, allowed them to buy commodities, land, and labor for dirt cheap, and to manipulate the value of the dollar to their benefit. 21. 1933-1940, The banks took full advantage of the “national emergency” they created and the Congress did everything the bankers required: The Sheppard-Towner Act, the Buck Act, the Alien Registration Act, the Social Security Act(s), the Emergency Banking Act, and more.
The purpose of all this was to lay claim to the labor and the assets of the States and People of the Continental United States by securing “private contracts” with them, enabling the perpetra-tors to “represent them” and to set up corporations “in their names”. Hundreds of millions of Americans were told that they “had to” sign up for Social Security and have a Social Se-curity Number in order to have a job, that it was “the Law” and that “Congress had passed it” and so, believing it to be a lawful government mandate—when in fact it was a corporate fraud scheme--- they were subscribed en masse. Remembering now the actions of the Corporate Congress in 1862 redefining the word “per-son” to mean “corporation” for federal purposes, and their later claim made in 1871 to hold ownership interest in all United States corporations and seeing that their actions from 1933 to 1940 resulted in redefining the estates of living Americans as public trusts---that is, as a form of corporation--- you can see that the “Corporate Congress” has claimed to own living Americans as assets belonging to their corporation and has also claimed to control and own their private assets --- in flagrant violation of the Geneva Convention Protocols Volume II, Article 3, and in equally flagrant violation of the 1926 International Conventions on Slavery, and in violation of every lawful and moral duty, commercial contract, and trust indenture owed to the Continental United States and the American People. It is also apparent that all of this – every claim, every salvage lien, every title to land and property held under color of law—being held against the Continental United States and the living civilian inhabitants of the Continental United States, is pure, self-interested commercial fraud created and perpetuated under conditions of semantic deceit, constructive fraud, misrepre-sentation, and mischaracterization by the management of the Federal United States, the various governmental services corporations doing business as some form of “United States” and the British Government. 20. 1940-present: Among the first actions to be taken by the criminals was to “register” all live births. This established a claim of ownership on the baby and his or her estate, benefiting the “State of Ohio” or other “Federal State franchise”. This act of identity theft exercised via an undisclosed and forced contract with the Mother of the child, allowed each ”State” franchise to control the name and the property of the baby. The perpetrators promptly set up new “State franchises” benefiting themselves using names styled like this: “Joseph Quincy Public” and new “Municipal franchises” set up under the auspices of the Washington DC Municipality using NAMES styled like this: “JOHN QUINCY PUBLIC”.
The only purpose for creating these franchises structured as various kinds of trusts---was to act as a means for the privately owned governmental services corporations to hypothecate debt against the labor of the living people and their private property assets and to exercise control over them amounting to slavery.

My husband started to believe Sovereign Citizens/pseudolaw stuff, like no need to register the car annually, no need to pay credit card debt, HOA has no authority etc. Things have deteriorated to the point where an intervention is necessary. Please kindly share any therapist information who is specialized in deprogramming Sovereign Citizens or pseudolaw believers? Many thanks

My soon to be ex spouse has become a sovcit. I’m hoping that we can come to an agreement independently so that I don’t have to deal with their lack of belief in the court system. But you can imagine how perplexing it is to make an agreement with someone who has a completely different view of the world.

For those of you who have gone down this road and ended up with the court making decisions, how did your person respond? This is already hard and I’m trying to understand how much difficulty I’ll encounter if the courts decides on who is awarded what.

I know that everyone is different, but I’m hoping to hear how this has played out before. And to get an idea of the worst case scenario.

I’ve watched so many vids where the SC’s claim they always win in court. One I watched today claimed he got cash settlements of $25,000 at trial.

My wife and her friend have been talking about becoming State Nationals. Her friend started the process. Below is the doc she was sent with the steps needed. Anyone seen this before? I called a lawyer for their advice but they would not review. It's very convoluted and I don't understand the payoff

Steps to Correct Your Status 
Following the steps below will ensure that your status is corrected. Please keep in mind that the  entire process could take three (3) months. It all depends on how quick you move through the  steps, however, there are some steps that you cannot rush, as there is a specific time period  you must wait for, before you can move to the next step. Be patient, but never stop learning. If  you are waiting for a time period to lapse, start reading up on things like the Constitution, the  USC, or even the Bible. You cannot benefit from being a State National, if you do not know what  it means. 
Before you can fully complete this process, there are a few things you will need first. Best to  get them now so you have them available when it’s time to use them.  
1. Your long form birth certificate 
a. Also called the Certificate of Live Birth. Regardless of what it is called, you need  the birth certificate that has your registration (birth) number and local file  number.  
i. This birth certificate will also have signatures on it. Should be the  
informant (mother or father) signature, doctor signature and registrar’s  
signature. It may only have one, or it has all. Regardless, you know if you  have the right birth certificate based on if it has signatures.  
ii. You will need to contact the county you were born in at either their  
health department or vital records department. Some counties will  
require you to order it through vitalchek.com. You will need to go to their  website and find out, or call them. 
2. A red ink pad.  
a. This will be used to place your thumb print on your Affidavit of Truth and  Assertory Oath, Repudiation and Revocation of Citizenship. It is used as your  SEAL. You will need to make sure your thumbprint touches your signature.
3. Registered Mail labels (aka Mail Label 200).  
a. You have to pick these up from the post office, they do not offer them for  ordering through their website. The labels available on their website are only  stickers for your package, they do not contain the bond number for shipping  your documents.  
b. You will need to pick up at least 4. Most post offices will do what they can to  not let you take the labels with you. They claim they cannot let you take them  out of the building, but that is untrue. They just do not like people using them. 
i. If they are giving you a hard time taking them out of the post office, you  can ask to speak to a supervisor about it and ask him why you are not  allowed, and/or ask them to show you where in their policy it states that  you are not allowed to take them out of the building. They wont be able  to produce anything, as there is nothing.  
c. There is also the receipt that goes with the label. It is a white paper with a  carbon copy duplicate attached to it. Although not completely necessary at this  time, if they do not give you one, do not fret. They will have to fill one out when  you go to mail your documents.  
4. Green Return Receipt Cards 
a. These are available at the post office and should be available to grab without  having to go to the counter. They are also available online, if you wish to go that  route, however, it can take a week (or more) to get them.  
5. Certified Mail Labels (optional) 
a. If you decide to send your affidavit to some of the recipients via certified mail,  you will need to get these from the post office, or order them online. They are  free to order.
(a) Repudiation and Revocation of Citizenship 
1) Affidavit of Truth and Assertory Oath, Repudiation and Revocation of  Citizenship 
a) DO NOT just put your name on it and send it in. Read it through  thoroughly and add/remove sections of the affidavit that applies to you  and your situation. Some of the content in the affidavit are specific to the  original author, and do not apply to anyone else. Also, by reading through  the affidavit means you understand everything that is in it, as there may  come a time that you have to defend its contents.  
b) Sign your affidavit in RED. Use a RED thumbprint as your seal, making sure  it touches your signature.  
c) Upon completion, have one original copy for yourself and get your  affidavit notarized by a Notary. So, if you are sending your affidavit to all  four individuals, you will get 5 copies notarized, so you have an original  copy (will be used to record with). 
i. The differences in the type of notary is based on the notary  
language in your document. You can use any notary. 
ii. If you are having difficulties with a notary who wants to use a  
different document, other than the notary language specified in  
your affidavit, find a new notary. You do not want the notary  
language in your document modified. Do not let them cross  
anything out in the notary section, just find a new notary. 
d) It is up to you who you send the affidavit to, but the one person that  MUST receive it is the Secretary of State of the United States. If you  choose, here is who you can/should send it to: 
i. Secretary of State of the United States
1. MUST be sent Registered Mail (Red Label) 
ii. President of the United States 
1. Registered Mail (Red Label) or Certified Mail (Green Label) 
iii. Attorney General of the United States 
1. Registered Mail (Red Label) or Certified Mail (Green Label) 
iv. Secretary of State of your current State ( or Lieutenant Governor if  your state does not have a SoS) 
1. Registered Mail (Red Label) or Certified Mail (Green Label) 
e) At the top of the affidavit, put down the Registered Mail and Certified Mail  numbers.  
f) Always send the affidavit with a return receipt card, for proof of service g) Upon receipt to United States Secretary of State, you must wait 21 days to  make it an official judgement from an unrebutted affidavit. 
i. “Non Rebutted Affidavits are "Prima Facie Evidence in the Case, 
"United States vs. Kis, 658 F.2d, 526, 536-337 (7th Cir. 1981);”  
h) FAIR WARNING: It can take 3 weeks, or more, for your affidavit to actually  be delivered to United States Secretary of State.  
(b) Deed of Re-conveyance & Patent of Nativity 
1) Deed of Reconveyance  
a) While you are waiting on the return of the delivery receipt cards, there are  a few other documents that need to be filled out. The affidavit repudiates  your citizenship as a dead entity, lost at sea, the Deed of Reconveyance  put’s you back on the land as a living soul and your status as an American  State National. It takes ownership of your all caps name to your real name.  
b) Replace the original author’s information with your own, paying attention  to the mention of ‘he’ and ‘his’.
c) Add all variations of your name in uppercase and upper/lowercase. If  married, put in both your married and maiden name, as well as  
hyphenated maiden-married name.  
d) Get notarized 
2) Proof that you belong in America 
a) Option 1 – Patent of Nativity 
i. Trace your genealogy to before 1776 of when your ancestors where  on the shores of America before the ratification of the Constitution.  This proves that you belong on the American soil before the  
government was created.  
b) Option 2 – Declaration 
i. Write a Declaration to state your case of why you are not a citizen  of the corporate UNITED STATES. You are a living breathing soul  
with a heartbeat.  
(c) Recording your documents 
1) Proof of Service 
a) Take all return receipt cards, or just the return receipt card from  Pompeo and attach them to the proof of service document. Glue the cards  down securely as if any come of the document, they will more than likely  throw it away, and your document will either be recorded without the  card, or returned to you without the card. 
2) Judgement of Unrebutted Affidavit 
a) This is a document proving that your Affidavit of Repudiation was  unrebutted. Get two witnesses to sign the document, this is to prove that  you are who you say you are, and get notarized. 
3) Record all documents 
a) Fill out the cover sheet entering in the county where you plan on recording  your documents. Any county in America can be used to record your  documents, does not need to be the county you live in, or even a county in  the state you live in.  
i. Enter your name and address as outlined in the example cover  sheet. 
b) Count all the pages you plan on recording, so this will be the total of pages  from your affidavit, proof of service, and judgement of unrebutted  affidavit. Also include the cover letter that will be attached to your  documents 
i. As long as all of your documents are listed on the cover sheet, your  recording will count as a single document. 
ii. Recording fees vary from state to state, and in some places, county  to county. Check your county recorders website, or call, to get the  current price. Some counties charge by the page, some charge by  the document. 
c) Remove any paperclips, or document clips, as since they record your  documents as a single document, they will just need to verify the number  of pages being recorded 
d) Your documents will stay with the recorder until they do the actual  recording. This process can take up to 3 weeks, then your documents will  be mailed back to you with the official recording stamp on it. You can at  this point order certified copies, as you may need to mail them off, in case  of a status dispute. This is not necessary, but could be beneficial later. Some counties will record on the spot, and hand back your paperwork. 
e) At the point of dropping your documents off at the recorder, you are now  officially a State National. Congrats! 
(d) Get your passport 
1) Plan a trip to a Passport Agency (or closest passport agency to you) a. Check the travel.state.gov website for current passport prices. 
b. Download DS-11 from United States Secretary of State 
c. Go to coppermoonshinestills.com fill out the passport exactly the way  it is directed 
d. Get your two passport photos and two forms of I.D. as required e. As of Dec. 2020, some passport agencies are currently accepting a  limited number of expedited passports without requiring a life-or 
death emergency. For months, they have been restricting expedited  appointments because of the farce COVID-19 ‘pandemic’.  
f. Book an appointment in the future at the a passport agency, choosing  a travel date within the next week or two.  
g. Book a reservation at a hotel in Canada (or Mexico), as it is required to  have a reservation (hotel or plane itinerary) in order to justify your  reasoning for an expedited passport. You can cancel it after you get  your passport, as your passport will be received on the same day. 
i. I recommend booking a hotel with a service that offers free  
cancellations with over 24-hour notice. This way it doesn’t cost  
anything to book the hotel, and you can still offer it as  
expediting proof.  
h. If you have a passport, or yours has expired within the last 5 years,  hand this into them
i. If you walk into the passport agency with your  
unexpired/recently expired passport, they will try to push the  DS-85 renewal form on you. They will claim the DS-85 is  
cheaper, and that you should do it. The problem with the DS-85  is that it has nothing in the document about citizenship.  
i. When you arrive at Passport Office you take with you all of the above  items including the Repudiation and you say  
i. “Here is my application properly filled out, here is my photos and  my I.D. here is my reservation for expedited service and here is  my Affidavit of Status as a State National defined in USC title 8  sec 1101(a) (21) (23) Please issue me a passport that reflects  
that reflects that status” (then shut up this is all you say) 
2) The following is from my personal experience at the Colorado Passport  Agency  
a. The clerk at the first window has no idea what you are talking about,  when you are asking for a State National passport. They will ask for  additional info. This may be a legitimate person who has no idea, or  they want to see if you know what you are talking about. Just repeat  that because of your Affidavit of Status as a State National defined in  USC title 8 sec 1101(a) (21) (23) that you need a passport to reflect  your status. It really doesn’t matter what you say to this person, as  they will not be the one who ends up helping you in the end. They will  have you sit down to wait to speak to a specialist 
b. Not everyone who works for a government agency are surely people.  The specialist I worked with was actually a nice kid. He was extremely  helpful, and very kind. Give the specialist agent your recorded affidavit  and ask them to make a copy to include with your application. 
c. After turning in your application and affidavit, you will be instructed to  come back after a certain time to pick up your passport. Because I went  on a Friday, and had a hotel reservation in Canada on Monday (and I  told them I was driving), I was able to pick up my passport in 1 hour.  
d. If you filled out the application asking for a book and a card, be weary  that the specialist actually orders a card. I had Book and Card checked,  and I was only charged for the Book. I added up the cost for the Book,  the Card, and the expedited fee before heading to Denver. The total  cost for all is $200 
i. $110 book fee 
ii. $30 card fee 
iii. $60 expedited fee 
I was charged $205. Specialist said something about some $35 fee. I  didn’t ask, although I should of. When I went to pick up my  
passport, I was handed an envelope that contained only the book.  
When asking about the card, I was told “Colorado passport agency  does not issue the cards. They come from the Dept. of State”.  
I headed home, and waited 2 weeks before calling the Dept. of  
State inquiring about my card. Apparently, the agent never ordered  my card, and because I filled out a DS-11, I was charged a $35 fee,  
thus the $205. At the time I went to Denver, it was not listed on the  travel.state.gov that there is a $35 administration fee.  
NOTE: Denver has stated that they will only issue US citizen passports. This is correct.  The passport agency has no decision on what is on your passport. The information on  your passport does not indicate anything about your citizenship. The information about  you (“State National” status, and “Do not detain, do not interrogate”) is corrected in  D.C.

I remember a coworker who said she and her husband belonged to "The Patriots" political group, and they didn't pay taxes, federal or state --- I was flabbergasted at the idea, wondering whether they got away with it. I left for another job and didn't have contact with them or information about them after that, but I assumed they would be pursued by the IRS. I wonder if that group was a forerunner of today's sovereign citizens.

i'm both sad for the need of this sub, and already feel less alone simply because it exists.

47m. i was made homeless last year by a sovereign nephew. idk if he was at jan 6, i suspect because i never got a straight answer from mom. long story short, during covid i was back living with mom, at her invite, after i was injured then diagnosed with some complicated illnesses. & 18months into it, my nephew, his common-law wife and their undocumented 6yr old parked their bus on the property and it was a showdown. i agreed to one day for a visit. it was clear. i said i couldn't handle even an overnight visit. that was never their intention. they said they were on their way to a bus convention- i found that convention online, it was months away. i lost on day 5 when i threatened to call the police and THAT brought shame to the family?? i hadn't slept the entire time, i was vomiting and dehydrated and being gaslighted. truth is, i lost because i'm gay and ultimately thought of as an abomination to the family anyhow. my caregiver got me and our dogs out of there overnight. nephew even gave mom a gun. she was 79! it was an unlicensed pistol. can't tell me there wasn't a plan there. what business did she have with that?? moreover, mom and i had CLEAR house agreements/rules about that prior, and she tried to say it was a gift! all house agreements/rules, etc were laughed at by mom once they arrived like it was imaginary. it was like the twilight zone. mom was selling me the house before he showed up. papers were being signed. it was 18months in the works- i sold my own house for this! then me, my caregiver and our dogs were made homeless.

I knew someone whose son in law was a sovereign citizen. They thought the fact that he “knew things” that other people didn’t, like the “keys to financial freedom” was what did it for him. Basically that he felt smarter then the people around him.
