I recently got more into screamo, asnd my typical rotation includes mostly pop punk and emo, like Fall Out Boy, Dashboard Confessional, New Found Glory, My Chemical Romance, Paramore, Armor For Sleep, etc. among some other less popular bands. My current favorite screamo bands are forcefedglass, Orchid, iwrotehaikusaboutcannibalisminyouryearbook, and combatwoundedveteran. I'd greatly appreciate any recommendations! Thanks!

it's like logo simplification but for long band names. like we've been calling iwrotehaikusaboutcannibalisminyouryearbook "iwrotehaikus" for quite a while but i think it's time we just start calling them "haikus"... thoughts?

Hey, y'all. In 2012 I was getting very into post-hardcore/ screamo. The kind that was super popular on tumblr at the time. There was a band whose band started with an A that I can't remember for the life of me. Two names that I thought might be it were Arctica & Ataraxia but neither of them are correct. This was not a super popular band. They were kind of smaller & I believe I found them on it-leaked when that was still a thing. The album art was blue and I believe it had the image of a woman's head/ face on it. Anyone have any idea at all what I'm talking about?

Hellö, I’m part of a small DIY collective booking mainly Black Metal, Screamo and Post HC shows in germany. Currently we mainly post and reach people on Instagram, but due to the recent political changes we wanna move away from Meta. Now we’re trying to figure out, what Plattform we gonna switch to, in hopes of still reaching enough people to keep our DIY shows going. So what alternatives to Twitter, Facebook and Instagram do you use? Especially those, that you use to keep up with bands, artists and bookers.
