Hello, i lost the original Bluetooth chips to my blackwidow v3 pro and razer is saying my serial number isn't recognised as I've tried contacting them which was a nightmare and js simply didn't work, I'm wondering if I purchase another Bluetooth chips of somewhere like Ebay, will the keyboard still connect to it or do I have to buy another keyboard?

Hello, as the title says the audio on my main pc stopped working, i checked on another laptop if it was an issue with the headset itself but it worked fine. Yesterday i managed somehow to make it work again by uninstalling synapse and installing it one again. Today it has stopped working once again, ive tried, stopping synapse freshh install, deleting the device via deviice manage and restarting the pc and it still does not work. Any ideas?

So I've had my Kraken Kitty headset for almost a year, I had some issues with sound cutting out in the beginning but we solved that by switching the USB port it was plugged into. I don't use it for chatting because the mic is intermittent but they've been absolutely fine for listening to music and gaming but now, the sound has gone completely and its stuck in a loop of connecting and disconnecting. The lights on it are still constantly on so they aren't just totally dead... does anyone know what could have caused this? Can it be solved or do I just need to return them since theyre still under warranty?

Where can I buy a replacement battery for my razer blade 15 (2019)? My battery has swollen to the point my touch pad cracked. I want to replace the battery before I replace the touch pad.

Same old tired song and dance. I've googled it and seen countless posts on this subreddit about this same issue, with no clear solutions. Does anyone know what causes this? And is there a fix? This is my second Razer laptop that has broken in stupid ways and at this point I'm heavily considering just cutting losses and not buying Razer again.

I love the laptop but it seems like the build quality is built to break after a few years.

As the title says, my camera was working fine yesterday and I turn it on today to use and bam cant focus past 3 feet. Lens is clean, firmware reinstalled, razer synapse installed and messed around with. Cant get this ting to work. Can anyone help?

Need a bit of help as I’m unsure what to do. I have the razor kaira. I also have the app for them on the Xbox. Sometimes when I turn my Xbox on they won’t fully connect to discord. This makes it so I can hear the person on discord. My Spotify and my game volume all at a perfect level. Once my headset connects it becomes way to loud on the game volume and music side that I can’t hear those on discord very well. I’m curious if anyone knows what I need to change or adjust to fix this as I’m having trouble recreating that perfect volume. Thank you so much if anyone can help. Like everyone here I’m a simp for that rgb razer eco system goodness only problem is I have limited usb ports I have a powered usb hub 12v/3a for the keyboard mouse mic camera headphones with headphone stand and it’s been acting up like it won’t stay in certain color patterns mouse wont act right until I open synapse do I need a bigger usb power hub ? Hello. I have/had a blade 14 2022 model (3070 ti). It just died last night - I turned it off via Shut Down, then it would not turn back on. The status light was pulsing green and I could not get it to start again after a hard reset. Held down to reset the cmos, got the white flashing light, nothing. Tried some steps from the razer website to reset it. Nothing.

Luckily I had the Best Buy 3 year warranty so they have it now, but if they can’t repair it, I may get the option to get my money back on a gift card, which should be about 2500 usd or so. If that’s the case, should I get the 2024 4079 model or wait for the new blade 14? Maybe a dumb question, but I’m not super plugged into tech so I don’t know what to expect with the new models. I know sometimes gpu upgrades can range from a barely nothing upgrade to huge performance leaps.

The main thing that sucks is that it was my main computer. I just plug it into a docking station at home and use it with external monitors. I have a ps5 for gaming, so the blade was more for work and travel. I could probably wait a month ok but past that could kind of suck. What would you do?

I've had some problems after buying the BlackShark V2 Pro 2023. The best way I can describe this issue is as a kind of dynamic sound effect:

When I open Valorant, the environmental sounds (like wind) are too loud when I'm standing still. However, when I start walking or shooting, the ambient sound decreases to almost normal levels.

Here are the solutions I've tried so far:

• I followed the recommendations from the official support page.
• I contacted support yesterday, and they told me to install Razer Synapse v3.
• I tested multiple configurations in the Razer Synapse 4 and the Razer Synapse v3 software.
• I checked for all available updates on my laptop (Asus ROG Strix G16).
• I tested the BlackShark on another computer with Razer Synapse.
• I used the BlackShark with other software like Dolby or Nahimic, and the issue disappeared (the sound wasn’t perfect, but the ambient sounds were normal).

I really want to use Razer Synapse with my headphones. :c Any ideas?

Hello, gamers! I want to tell you about my problem with the Razer Nari Ultimate and find out if there is a solution. I'll tell you.

First of all, the Razer Nari Ultimate suddenly started to stop charging and doesn't want to at all. I connect it to a USB port on my computer and at the moment it seems to be charging when the red light comes on but after a few seconds, it turns off and the red light comes back on. Windows detects that it disconnects and reconnects successively but after about 10 minutes it stops doing so and it only seems to charge with the normal red light but no... It doesn't charge at all since I left it charging for more than 4 hours and when I tried to turn it on it didn't do anything. The green light never appeared.

I bought a replacement battery and installed it but it still has the same problem. I also tried charging it with a cell phone charger but it still does the same thing. I tried updating the firmware and the pairing utility and it doesn't fix anything, but when I do it by connecting the USB as indicated, the Razer Nari Ultimate turns on with the blue light flashing and interrupts the firmware update and the pairing utility. I tried connecting them to another PC but it's still the same. I don't know what to do. They are my favorite headphones and it hurts me to have to abandon them and not buy another one knowing that it will give me problems.

Please, if you know of any possible solution, tell me.

I got it a few days ago and realized that the battery life on it is pretty bad. I remember it was 35% yesterday and it died on me today. Charged it up to 30% a few hours ago and its already down to 8%.

I've used the Razer Naga Hex V2 until my mouse died, and when looking for a replacement I ended up getting the Razer Naga Trinity around 2017 and LOVED IT. At this point I'm so used to using the circular button layout that I can't use any other mouse comfortably. My Naga Trinity still work but is showing signs of aging. Is there something similar that you would recommend as a replacement?

Hey lads, I had a Razer Blade 15 (2022) with an i7 and RTX 3080 Ti up until June of last year, but I sold it because the battery only lasted two hours and I was worried about it swelling sooner or later. Now, I’m thinking about returning to the Razer Blade lineup.

That’s why I wanted to ask—how do you guys feel about the battery life of the Blade 14 and 16? Have you had any issues, or have those problems been resolved with the newer models?

I've got a Viper V3 Pro with the 8000hz dongle and have been experiencing an issue where any fast movements in games will 'stutter'. If I give it a few seconds, it'll go back to normal - but this is consistent and I can reproduce the issue. Even on a new system.

happens most often in BOPS6

It seems to have just started doing this - and its driving me nuts. If I change it to 1000hz, works fine - only starts happening when I go to 8000. DPI is at 1600. Anyone else run into this?

I bought the blackshark v2 headset 2 day ago and it seem that my spotify is bugged. for some uknown reason my spotify keep playing even when muted and whats more, I can't change the volume of the songs from the app itself and instead I have to lower by the headphone themselves which make me lower the overall volume of my games, apps, youtube and so on.

anyone know how I can fix that?

Edit1: after furter testing it's seem that the ap[ spotify as the google chrome version of it seem to be wroking nornal. however I still don't have a clue on what I should do

In some games (lets say Destiny 2 as an example) I'm playing an activity and I have other things open (like DIM) so in between Vanguard missions while it's timing to restart, I switch over to the browser, and ... it takes MULTIPLE SECONDS, sometimes around 3+ seconds, to kick in the default windows profile which is REALLY obvious when you have Mouse Scroll remapped because you can't scroll down a page, until it kicks in, and EVEN WHEN it does kick in, the mouse cursor even freezes for half a second or so.

It does not always? seem this bad? Sometimes the delay seems a lot lower but there is ALWAYS a delay, and it's so bad that it's dangerous to do in a mission because the time in-out plus the mouse freeze will get you killed because you lose mouse control.

Why is is THIS level of bad? I used to use X-Mouse Button Control and that sucker was INSTANTANEOUS in detecting and switching, and yet this ... bloated mess takes forever. X-Mouse can't map the extra buttons, so even doing a hybrid job will leave me with the problem, unless I can think up a sneaky "universal" way (at one point I tried just permanently mapping 1-6 to Num1-Num6) but stopped because I ran into a another problem I can't think of right now.

*sigh*

Is there ANY other software out there that can be use to map the extra buttons? Windows apparentyl only passes FIVE buttons to the OS - hey Microsoft, get you finger out of your ass, it's 2025 we have more then FIVE BUTTONS - I'm at my wits end here.

I'm seriously considering a new brand mouse (also because this Naga seems to Double Left Click a LOT now) but I was hoping to get a bit more life out of it.

I'm just really annoyed with Synapse. I've had nothing but issues worth talking about. I have no good things to say about it atm.

So, I recently got back into semi pro gaming and decided to try another razer mouse, DAV3 pro(smooth touch) with the accompanying hyperpolling dongle.

Originally when I had my dav3pro(OG) i to purchase the hyperpolling dongle separate as the standard DAV3pro only came with the 2.4hz. Previously the dongle showed up in synapse and was updatable. Not now it seems. I’m also not able to update the firmware, the installer just sits and ask me to plug in the devices.

I was concerned I’d be supplied with a fake, but the serial number has been accepted by Razer’s warranty site when i registered it. And the 4/8k rates show and work.

So to summarise.

Can’t update the firmware, installer doesn’t even pass the plug in usb stage.

Hyperpolling dongle doesnt show up in synapse.(also doesn’t update)

Maybe I’m worrying over nothing and Razer have just changed the whole pairing thing to some sort of automated protocol.

From a certain point I found my blade 16 2024 start to refuse charging at 100w full speed using the TB4 port while 100w charging at usbc port (on the left side) is still working.

Besides windows updating, the only other suspect seems to be razer's own firmware updater last October because it is related to TB4 and usbc controller. They said they fixed something about TB, not sure if they also break something at the same time.

Do you have this issue on your blade 16?

EDIT: swapped the cable and usbc charger, same thing always. Not sure what went wrong. I am not using a TB4 cable, just a usbc cable rated that can do 100w. It at least works for usbc. Maybe razer tighten up the certification process so a regular usbc cable cannot go up to 100w anymore. idk yet.

Hi, I bought a Razer blackwwidow v4 underglow keyboard, after a day or two i started seeing doduble pressing on certain keys like dd, w, e and otheer ones, while i type this you can see the issuees, i dont click those keys more than once, from wwhat I have read alot of people have the same issue with the v4 models. Is there any fix? I have tried lowering the pooling rate and it diddnt help, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling synapse, I pluggedd the keyboardd into different pcs and I hadd the same issue, is there anything I could do? Has anyone found a fix or is there a way to contact razer directly so that they could look into it, maybe a firmware fix would solve the problem?

I'm trying to see how prevalent the key press issue is or was it a small number of people that spoke very loudly to make it seem huge let's see if it really is a huge issue

I saw a few posts that said io23 was the bad batch and io24 has no problem so I'm trying to see if that's really the case because there's literally no other selection in my country for keyboards that aren't 4 years old, the only other ones are huntsman v2 and the v2 analog, would you guys recommend the huntsman v2/ analog over this? I really wanted a recent keyboard and I don't like the look of other keyboards, so it's either blackwidow or huntsman
