I am looking for this case to match my other razer in my main build but I can’t find it new anywhere, is it discontinued? And if so I did find a used option but will be able to fit the contents of my lancool III I’ve had for a while that I had settled on. But would rather have a case compatible with synapse and chroma, but I digress, I know it can fit mf ATX mobo but what about my 4080 FE and rm1000x PSU? I’m pretty sure it can but I’m worried and want a second opinion.

I am starting to hate windows so I installed Ubuntu on my non razer desk top PC in conjunction with windows.

Can I just switch over the Ubuntu disk to the razer laptop or will it still error out with a "this is a non razer drive" bs?

Just got the mouse 2 days back. I like the build and the overall ergonomics of the mouse. Have been using it as my daily driver post work. I have plugged in the dongle directly to my laptop.

Starting today, the mouse started disconnecting and reconnecting every 5 mins whenever I don’t use it. Even made changes to the USB thru device manager in the power option. But no luck. The issue is so prone that it’s draining my laptops battery and not letting it to go to sleep. Even checked the updates on Synapse app. It shows upto date. Not sure what to do.

Is there a way to fix the issue?

Should I give a shot ? $500 off !

Hey, I've got a Mamba Elite that just started scrolling down by itself today. I did some playing with it and found that closing synapse if it's open or opening synapse if it's closed fixes it for a few minutes, but it starts back up again soon after, leading me to believe it's a software issue. Anyone have any idea how to fix it?

New to razer and don't fully under the manuals. Hoping someone can help.

Does razer synapse need to be open for the auto-switch polling rate in-games?

Also does on board memory automatically save to the mouse? I can't find the on board memory icon under customize.

Razer doesn't offer parts for sale (of course). There needs to be a class action lawsuit for being so ANTI-CONSUMER.

So in the set up, we have a PS5 Xbox series X Nintendo switch OLED and of course my gaming PC all hooked up to a 55 inch Samsung frame TV. Both the original pulse wireless 3-D headset and the 20th anniversary Xbox wired headset are both sitting on a chroma base station V2 each one matching the perspective consoles colors. Behind the lamp is the post wireless elite PS5 headset

The mouse pad is The mouse pad is a razor goliath extended chroma with a goliathus extended chroma with a huntsman V2 analog and a normal basilisk v3

Also, on the right of the keyboard is a chroma wireless charger with the Zelda game and watch as a clock and a razer edge 5g

To the right of the Xbox are more dual sense controllers on a charging stand, and in front of it is a siren microphone and behind that is the Razer Xbox controller

I would like to know if there is a way to have the Leviathan V2 auto power on (auto start) when the PC power’s up.  Previous soundbars use to do this.  I have checked the user guide and settings within Synapse, but nothing is mentioned about auto power on

Give me your best sales-pitch to convince a Logitech user to switch fully to Razer PC accessories. Keyboard, mouse, and other periphereals. Right now I am using a G910 keyboard, G903 lightspeed mouse, and used to have a G13 gaming keypad (lost). What would you recommend and how would you try and convince a person to switch based on those?

I've used Logitech for decades. But I've had issues in the past few years especially with what seems to be Logitech moving away from non-standard accessories like the G13. So I've started looking at the Orbweaver and Razer Tartarus (v2 or pro). I do like how the G903 is wireless but charged by the mousepad. Best of both worlds I do care a lot about extra gaming keys on keyboard and keypads, unsure of about the mouse. I use those to macro things in games to a single button press.

(equipting an item and using it in an isometric mmorpg)
(inputting stratagems in helldivers 2)

Anyone got any good eq settings or tips to hear footsteps while also good to hear music. Currently I just have the headset set to amplified.

Example: A jump, a punch, the second punch of a combo, etc.

With this in hand, we can execute more accurate macros on Synapse.

Title, I've had this pair of Krakens for 3/4 years now and they've worked great up until now. I've been having a very consistent beep in the left ear, it will ring twice then go silent for a second before ringing twice again, repeating indefinitely. I've tried fully shutting down and restarting laptop, switching the USB port they're plugged into, ensured that all processes that could create noise are closed completely. Anyone have a solution? all the threads I've found have been unresolved/fixed in a PM without posting the solution.

It's been one week since I've got my Razer Blade 15 2022 Adv. Since then, I've fell in love with it.

I bought it for 1850 USD from a sale. I wasn't sure if I've made the right choice . It was her or TUF A15 with RTX 4070 but quality and weight is more important for me.

It's more of a amateur music station than a Battlestation.

I purchased a pair of Razer Kraken Kitty Chroma Quartz headphones second hand over the weekend. I realized that they were USB and I believe my computer only allows a mic to function when it is connected to the audio and mic 3mm jacks (my old HYPERX headset required a splitter). So in an attempt to get the headset to work with my computer, I bought a USB to 3mm converter and then a 3mm to splitter.

When the headphones are connected to the splitter, they don’t even turn on. I’ve tried it with my ps5 controller and my computer and it doesn’t recognize the headphones. Only when the usb is plugged directly into the computer do the headphones turn on— but no sound will play.

Am I out of luck with these headphones, or is there something I should try? I’m at a loss.

I’m not sure if I should be posting this here but I don’t know where else to turn, I am the least tech savvy person I know lol. I have a usb razor headset (not entirely sure which one it was a gift after my friend got a new one) it works when I plug it into the ps4 but I want to be able to plug it straight into my controller, I got a usb to aux connector/adaptor thing but whenever I try to use it the headset won’t even turn on, I get the “audio switched to headset” pop up on my ps4 but nothing else happens, no audio no nothing. Did I get the wrong connector?? Is it not possible to adapt it? (I might be posting in the wrong place plz let me know and I’ll take it down.) Any advice or help is greatly appreciated I have no idea what I’m doing.

Looking to buy a new headset. Was looking at the blackshark pro 2023 but found the hyperspeed one and thought it was a no brainer to get it, but I heard about the software issues. Are they fixed now? Also does the hyperspeed dongle work on PlayStation?

This is twice in three years that the razerbld battery has swelled up to a crazy level that I could not use my keyboard. So I removed it and now running on direct power without any battery.

I checked online and there should have been no issues running the laptop without battery but I keep getting more power required notification and the laptop is very sliggish.

Has anyone seen issues running without the battery?

I am running the laptop in full Best performance mode.

Hello there. I'll make this as quick as possible. I purchased a new Razer headset yesterday and it arrived today. I set everything up and saw that in the 7.1 Surround app, you can upgrade to the THX Spatial Audio for half the price. Of course, it gives you a promo code to use at checkout.

After adding the THX to my cart, applying the promo code, and adding my address, I ended up on the billing screen. It was a total of 12.50 Euros, which was accurate for my country's price (the actual one is 25 Euros). I went to pay with PayPal, and after confirming the purchase, for some reason, it decided to cancel my order. On PayPal, it says that the ordered is cancelled, and so does Razer. This could have been a card issue (since the money was not taken from my account).

That said, since that order was cancelled (for whatever reason), I decided to try to purchase it again. For some reason though, even though the previous order was cancelled and nothing was purchased, my promo code is now unusable. Every time I try to apply it, it says that "Sorry, this promo could not be applied."

I believe that even though the purchase was not completed, it still marked the promo code as "used". Of course, this is an issue since I now have to pay full price for something that I should be paying half-price. I did want to contact support, but I can't seem to find their email or a way to contact them, so if anyone knows what I can do, that would be very helpful.

HI ,A few days ago I bought a Razer viper v3 pro and every time the mouse comes out of sleep mode or I unplug the Razer dongle and plug it in again it lights up white on the mouse for 3 sec and then red for 3 sec and the mouse is charged to 90%. Hi, just bought the new razer viper v3 pro (first ever razer product I bought) and tried to connect it with my gaming laptop, an asus scar 16 (2024) and I just couldn’t figure out how to do it even though I followed the manual in the box. Any tips?

Ps- the synapse software I used was synapse 3 I believe ( I didn’t say synapse beta)

I can't remove the stand! I've been looking at different posts with the similar problem and still can't take it off I've tried some ways and now I can't even screw off the base :(( I need to take off the base+stem Any suggestion or tools you guys can suggest? I'm scared of breaking it
