Does anyone know the root cause of this? I have seen a few post but I have tried the fixes that people have said.

I originally had one that worked flawlessly. I unfortunately spilled coffee on it and it ruined the keyboard. I bought a new one and I'm experience delays in typing or having to press keys multiple times.

I have cleaned the keyboard with compressed air to no avail.

Curious if this is a know software bug or hardware issue?

Like the title says, I brought the Kaira Pros a couple weeks ago and I absolutely love them, the only problem I have is a pulsing deep bass sound that pulses, stops then pulses, stops and repeats for a while, I can't really explain it and it's driving me mad

It seems to only happen when playing Call of Duty though, I am using a custom EQ and Mic EQ (I never use mic though) mic monitoring is on and the lights are on "Spectrum Cycling" option with the brightness on 7

I've updated my Xbox controller and updated the headset it's self and it's still doing it

Is there any fix or work around or anything I can do to stop this?

So I had a razer riaju ultimate controller but it broke, I've recently brought the same controller and unfortunately it has a latency problem. Does anyone know what I can swap to make the latency better? It doesn't have stick drift and I use it with a wire

I have a Razer Viper Mini, and I recently ran into an issue that makes the mouse completely unusable. Whenever I move the mouse to the left, it jumps to the left side of my screen. I know this sounds really weird, but that’s what’s happening. If I move it to the right carefully, nothing happens, but whenever I move it to the left, even with a very slight movement, it jumps randomly. This also happens when I move the mouse up and down. I haven't been able to find any useful information online about this issue. I checked my computer with other mice, and they work just fine. Can someone please help me with this?

I own a razer deathadder v3 hyperspeed, which I had bought 3-4months ago. Recently I went on a plane, brought my laptop in my laptop bag and had the dongle plugged in on the back. Bag slipped from my hands during taking it out of the cabin storage and it took a half meter drop directly on the dongle while plugged in. Dongle bent and not functioning.

I really prefer using it wireless as the main selling points are its wireless functionalities so I didnt know what to do so I contacted Razer support, sent videos, reciept and details and got a reply back saying they do not repair peripherals, and cant help me. I responded saying if I could purchase a replacement dongle or something, got the same email I received previously copy and pasted.

I find it hard to believe that a mouse which only works with the razer dongle with no bluetooth functionality can be easily lost or broken with no replacements? So if i had previously just lost the dongle it would render my 100$ mouse useless?

Ive asked razer support for advice, help or replacements but all the responses feel AI bot generated with no consideration or relevance to what ive asked or said so id like to ask here if anyone knows what i should do 🙏🥲

My 2019 Kraken recently broke so I'm looking for a replacement. I initially got myself the SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7 but found myself disappointed by the quality of the microphone, especially on Discord. Now an obvious answer seems to be the new version of the Kraken, but when I check out the reviews the V4's mic seems to sound worse? Please lmk about your experiences with either headset

Here is a quick review on the v4 pro. I have a large number of other premium wireless headsets plus other “audiophile” grade headphones. Let’s start with build, this is extremely well put together. The yokes and headband are made from aluminum and feel very solid. I don’t think that one post talking about cracking was talking about the v4 pro specifically because there is just no way the sides on this headphone are gonna crack like that. On to comfort, good, not great. The pads are a little shallow so my ears slightly touch the inside, and they are made of a not so great pleather, so my ears heat up very fast. Headband is nicely padded but these are very heavy, definitely 400+ grams so you feel that weight a bit, but not nearly as much as something like the Maxwell. The base station is nice, but doesn’t seem to be as feature rich as the Steelseries one. Less audio presets, and not as nice to navigate. It’s really well built though, it has a nice weight and seems better put together than the nova pro wireless base station. There is also a bug when switching to the console usb input it will max the volume on the headset. Learned that the hard way and hurt my ears a bit. Just make sure it’s turned down in the console settings because it will max the volume on the headset every single time you switch to it. The mic is fine. Not as good as the a50x but basically on par with the nova pro wireless. Now onto audio, and there is where the headphone really falls short for the price. It’s just really isn’t up to par when comparing it to the other premium headsets in this price range or even less money. The a50x and presumably a50 gen 5 have a much smoother and more spacious sound. They also have more detail and texture in their low end. The kraken have a very bloated and heavy sound. The bass bleeds into the midrange and muddys up the sound quality. The high end can get piercing at times, especially in the “gaming” preset. Also, Razer doesn’t seem to advertise it anywhere but these support 24 bit wireless on pc, which is a nice addition. The biggest disappointment is the lack of sound stage though. They sound extremely claustrophobic with very little spaciousness. The imaging is pretty good, and both my drivers were well matched. The haptics are definitely cool, but I found myself getting tired of them pretty fast as they tend to really take over the sound. They also can lag behind games that are very fast paced. It’s a cool feature but not worth whatever premium Razer is charging for it. To be honest these seem to be about 150 dollars too expensive in my opinion. They are cool, but the sound is just not really up to the expectation of that 400 dollar price point.

i charge my mouse by user the cable it came with but recently even tho i have the mouse always on the charging wire it never goes past 5% and i would like to know something that could maybe fix this

Hi guys, the side panel on my razer naga trinity (the 7 button panel) has started to malfunction and starts to not work, flicker etc.

This is the only button layout on a side panel I have ever adapted to and really liked. I really want to find a replacement panel but as it is discontinued I’m really struggling to find one.

Does anyone know where I can find a replacement? Or does anyone have one?

Everytime I play BO6 (it happens with every game but this game is the most noticeable) with controller it keeps saying "Keyboard and mouse disabled" etc. because it thinks I'm using my mouse when i'm not even touching it. I was thinking it was a game issue or keyboard but when I unplug the mouse it's completely fine. When I plug it back in it does it again. I don't use razer synapse and i've cleaned the mouse. Am I missing something?
