Hi guys, I enjoy drinking tea for my health, but there are not many teas that are good for my digestion, and health.
Ginger tea and peppermint tea was so bad to drink continuously
So I am mixing various ingredients for my own satisfying, and the sweet potato adds a lot of sweetness.
I'd love to hear what you think about the flavor of sweet potato in tea!
I usually added a little lime juice into my iced matcha. Anyone does that too?
Plus, a simple home made sweet potato brownie🤤
Been making matcha during breaks and enjoying it on the office balcony :) its a good breather and love seeing the view
Made stay awake for 24 hours
Wuyi Rock Oolong — Steep #2 or 3
It's been raining a lot in Tokyo...getting ahead of myself by getting in the autumn mood hahaha. Fixed myself a cup of Hojicha ~
Home made boba tea!
Brewed a gallon batch of Oolong (36g of loose leaf tea) steeped for 3.5 minutes at 195°
Strained off of the leaves into a second pot with pulverized peaches and pulped ginger and left to sit and infuse with the residual heat of brewing for 1.5 hours
Strained again into a gallon jar and into the fridge to chill, sugar added to taste if desired.
Served with E-FA brand instant boba (boil like pasta for 5 mins, strain and run under cold water, combine in bowl with brown sugar)
Use this thread to ask questions, have discussion, or spill the tea!
5 minute steep in a big Yeti for a big day 😮💨 just a splash of 2%
In the glass cup is Ceylon OP, in the porcelain cup is Queen Anne blend, both from Fortnum & Masons which I bought when I went to London yesterday
Strong Yorkshire tea with oat milk, no sugar. Best brew I’ve had in a while, that’s why there’s a big sip missing
what's the verdict? way too much milk for me. but it'll pass
i think the brand is sainsbury's own. two sugars. no honey or lemon
