PSW is short for PlayStation Wallpapers. This felt like the easier name to type so it's what we went with.

To be clear, this does not mean all image submissions need to be video game related. Rather it means all images submitted are of a specific resolution compatible with a PlayStation platform (2160p for PS4 Pro, 1080p for PS4/PS3, 544p for Vita).

If you see submissions that don't match their resolution, report them and/or send a modmail.

Subreddit Rules

1. All post titles must begin with either the resolution of the image(s) in brackets or [Request].

Current Accepted Resolutions:

- [3840x2160] (PS4 Pro)
- [1920x1080] (PS3/PS4)
- [960x544] (Vita)

If using PS4 captures, it is strongly recommended you capture in PNG format and transfer to USB before uploading to an image host. This helps avoid unnecessary compression.

To make an image request, begin the post title with: [Request]

[Meta] and [Other] title tags are also acceptable.

Image Host Notes

• imgur.com - Allows images up to 1MB without compression, up to 5MB with an account without compression. Images over 5MB are always compressed.

• catbox.moe - Allows images up to 200MB uncompressed.

• CubeUpload.com - Allows images up to 5 MB regardless of whether you use an account. Does not compress images but won't acccept ones larger than 5mb.
