Hi everyone
Can you have an army made solely of the 3 hunters and dead of dunharrow?
Thanks
Hey fellow MESBG gamers!
I am looking for profile cards pdf/drive. I saw a thread (https://www.reddit.com/r/MiddleEarthMiniatures/comments/10xkdmc/made\_my\_own\_mesbg\_cards\_update/) however posted more than a year ago and seems to be no longer active. Wondering if anyone has profile cards file and would be kind to share.
Cheers
Recently added magnets to all of my army bases and startet to magnetize the Wargriders shields too, as already posted here. Motivation kicked in and now my High Elves with spears have magnetized Shields too. Startet to think to magnetize many more Models (if I always do it the same way with the poles) so I can switch theyr gear how I want (Orcs with captured Shields etc.). What do you think of this Idea or has anyone already experience with that? Thanks for any advice! Sorry for bad english I normaly just speak with my hands
Hey all! I’m about to do my first tournament. 700 point value. From what I’ve heard, official GW tournaments have many more restrictions than unofficial ones. This one is at a local hobby store, and the organizers say it’s for the SMEGL-100 League.
Which questions should I ask and what should I consider in terms of what’s allowed, proxies, 3rd party models, etc.?
Thank you.
Hey everyone, I'm going to a mesbg tournament soon and decided to try a new army, been painting some goblins and spiders and ended up with this list. I'm not super competitive but I want to have decent games at the tournament, any advice on improvements for the list and/or how to play with this army?

When getting into LotRSBG in 2001 it always bothered me that the starter set was against Moria goblins, mostly because I couldn't afford enough metal orcs to recreate this iconic scene, and a little bit because of the anachronistic/non lore nature of men/elves vs Moria (and a little bit more by the men of Numenor being called men of Gondor). However, this pair fought valiantly against my subterranean orc proxies. A quick strip and repaint, let me know your comments.
I decided to paint all the bases first (technical, dry brush, stones and grass) because I wanted to try some new things and now I didn’t know how to prime the horses
I solved it by using a used box and creating some holes with a knife, it worked really well actually
So I’ve been considering this game but was wondering what armies are easiest to proxy? I was considering maybe oathmark for one of the orc or goblin armies, gripping beast Arabs for haradrim, or maybe frostgrave for ruffians.
Any other suggestions?
Im playing a game where I have a Ballista with i direct fire, but were playing with the at night scenario. Now the ballista has a minimum range of 12inch but the rules say after 12 inches I can only hit on a 6 (I dont know how the roll is called in english) but how does that interact with indirect fire?
There is nothing that gets people blood pumping more then a spicy spicy hot take. We decided to contact our friends from All over the world to get their hottest takes and see how much our blood pressure would rise just from hearing them.
I’m not a very good painter but I made a shadow of war themed Mordor army! Talion is the witch king and the Celebrimbor wraiths are ring wraiths!
Used to play a lot of the game when it was "Lord of The Rings" back in 2005-2008. Built a huge campaign and everything.
Stopped playing forever ago, but the Rings of Power show has me nostalgic for all things LOTR.
There are SO MANY rule books now though. 🫣 Obviously some are for specific factions, others campaigns... Others maybe for "competitive rules?"
Is there someplace that breaks down their content a little more clearly?
Painting up a few royal guard to travel with Theoden, converted this one up with an on foot spear arm and some green stuff. Really hoping they get the plastic treatment with the new edition!
