I got my appendix out recently and I really miss drawing already, but for me drawing is usually a surprisingly intense activity that involves autistic stimmimg, and if it's in my sketchbook pacing around my room occasionally.
I can't do that for awhile still and it's already getting painful to not create, so I tried to practice gently doodling in my junk journal/life journal.
Also if you're wondering what my stimming is it's me needing to move my arms around a lot and moving around in my chair :)

Hello there my lovely people! I’m fairly new to journaling and wanted to share a page from my journal with you all. I hope this is the right place to post. I do sort of collage editing/writing and thought this place was good to post in:]. Anyways what reminds you of spring the most or what pops in your head when the word spring is mentioned?
