Picked this up on a business trip a few weeks ago. Anyone know if it's any good?

Just recently got back into hot sauce and spicy foods after almost a decade of acid reflux and constant heartburn. Started medication last year and now I'm back to living with some spice in my life. I'm waiting for the right moment to break this guy open.

My hear me out is spreading the tostada with mayo and green yucateca, mixing in the green or orange Sinaloa then topping with the ceviche and avocado and drizzle with the mares seafood sauce 🤤

Picked this up at World Market today.

Decent heat-- not overwhelming but you definitely know it's a superhot. Good flavor, though a little too vinegar-forward for my tastes. Very watery consistency. Surprisingly so. Because of that, it's a sauce I'll use in something rather than on something. 7/10. Anyone try it?

Got my 2 pack of Underwood ranch Sriracha delivered today. Beautiful color I remember from the old huy fong stuff.

Vibrant color, great heat, deep flavor. Tried it on chili for inaugural tasting and it didn't disappoint.

Many here are already aware, but this is the farm that supplied huy fong with their signature peppers until the lawsuit debacle. Thankfully you can still find that taste in this product.

Can't wait for some quality cheese pizza to try it on next.

I’ve seen this recommended in this group a lot and I finally tried it. Pretty damn good, and quite a bit hotter than I expected. Making a jerk chicken recipe with it later tonight. What have you guys used it with?

Can anyone recommend a good chili crunch recipe?

I love chili crunch but it is never hot enough. Someone gave me a bunch of ghost peppers they grew and I thought it would be fun to make ghost pepper crunch and give some back to them. All the recipes I can find are AI garbage, literally missing steps, or complete pop up cancer. Thank you!
