Hey yall, I need some advice!! (this is posted multiple times) My boyfriend is a strong/spicy flavor lover and I would like to buy him a set of small sample sauces or hot sauces that we could both try and rate together. Some context, when I say he’s a spicy advocate I don’t mean an occasional buffalo wing lover… I’m talking spoonfuls of chili oil when we’re at dim sum typa guy.
I have been reading Reddit posts on spicy subreddits of Redditors complaining that when they tell people that they like spicy foods they always get gifted corny, cheap, amazon “of the world” hot sauce sets that taste vinegary and terrible, and end up collecting dust in their fridge. :(
Can anyone recommend a sauce/hot sauce set that you were gifted that you genuinely liked? I’m not looking for full-sized bottles. Just samples (3-8+ bottles) that taste great & authentic. Here are two that I’ve found already with barely any reviews (links below)

Please let me know if you have ever tried these or if you would recommend something different! If you are one of the people who got gifted hot sauces that you ended up hating, what do you wish you had gotten gifted instead? Do think the set would be a dumb gift altogether? Also, what kinda food would you suggest trying with these? plain wings? chicken tenders? Thanks for the help <3 <3

We all know how a good sauce can transform any meals from good to amazing! So I decided to create a website entirely dedicated to sauce recipe! As I only launched the website last week so it currently only has around 50 sauce recipes.
Which recipe do you think I should add ? 🤔
I’ve been looking high and low for this sauce. It’s a mainly a marinade, but thinner in consistency. It’s kind of tropical. Pineapple and sweet peppers. This is an old pic and that website doesn’t offer it any longer. Want to recreate it or at the very least, get the ingredients off the label. Anyone heard of it?
It’s made of acorn squash, garlic, basil, dill, bay leaves, vegetable broth, feta, mustard, meso paste, vinegar and tihini.
I baked the squash and garlic with olive oil, dill and basil. While baking I simmered the broth with dill, ginger, juniper berries and bay leaves.
Then I mixed the other ingredients in the blender.
I served it with fries, carrots, onions and mushrooms.
Are there any ways I can improve this recipe? , I was going for kinda a sweet, tangy, savory flavor.
I’m thinking, blending basil, craisins (dried cranberries), toasted Brazil nuts, lavender, juniper berries and maybe butter or a neutral oil like sunflower. I’m not sure how to get the cheesy flavor though. I also think a spicy version with a few dried chilis might be good

What is THE cookbook for the best sauces?
Some of my coworkers have my Reddit so throwaway. I work a a wings franchise based around the Cincinnati-ish area. Name sauces and I’ll tell you what they are or how to make them.
I would LOVE to see and post some shit from there. It seems very interesting and John Oliver jus told me about it.🤷🏼♂️😂
My girlfriend and I are having a debate on the worst/most overused sauce. Here's our list - we decided to let the people decide.
