I have 2 kids on family link and in my family group. One kid can request in app purchases no bother, the other keeps getting a message saying payment cancelled and to get parent to add them to family group. I am not receiving Any emails asking me to approve anything.
Can any help me out pls
I tried different cards -
Credit Cards - Mastercard (ICICI), VISA (SBI, HDFC)
Debit Card - ICICI
But none of them worked.

Imagine If I transfer my apps to another Google Play Console account, and the buyer publishes harmful apps that violate Google's policies, will Google also ban the account to which I transferred my apps? Will the ban also affect my AdMob and Firebase projects ?
Hello everyone,
I'm currently trying to upgrade monthly subscription to annual with Disney+ via Google Play Store.
It says for me to check my region for Disney/Google match. It is correct and my IP address is in the right region too. Not had this problem before and the current Disney+ subscription is set to monthly. I just can't swap to annual right now, nor can I purchase anything else from Play Store.
I am looking for a way to use a Google Play gift card that my son received for his birthday in order to buy some items for him in Brawl Stars.
I tried to redeem the card in his Google account, but impossible because he's a child.
I tried to use the gift card as a payment method for the Google family group, but only credit cards are allowed.
I thought about redeeming the card on my account as the family admin, but he will probably not be able to use it.
I thought about creating a Brawl Stars account for myself, buy the items, and give him in the game, but that's not an option for childen under 15.
I thought about getting a refund for the card, but that seems not possible.
Any ideas?
I'm sure many parents have the same issue.
A month or two ago I received in the play points section a free 3 months subscription of Disney Plus, valid till December 31st. I hadn't redeemed it, but I'm sure it was there till yesterday because I redeemed my weekly points in that section yesterday. Now it's gone, I don't know why, any idea? Is it lost forever? My Disney plus subscription expires in a couple of weeks so tgerecwas no point in redeeming it when I received it, knowing it was valid till the end of the month...
Used to get them every now and then and today couldn't find them in the list :(

It is showing app installed in your device is not come from google play store although i downloaded I have restarted my phone device and honestly Idk why this is happening I'm a android user..does anyone know what to do..has anyone else experience this before

I got some Google Play gift cards for Black Friday. I found the page where my payment method is but I don't see a way to ensure the gift card is set as the default payment. Is this really not possible and I have to delete alternate methods to ensure it deducts from the gift card?
Hey guys! Just looking for some advice on what to do. I won a Google pixel watch 3 on the weekly diamond prize, I copied the redeem code, clicked on redeem and filled out my info and then applied the code and it said it has already been redeemed which it can't have been. I spoke to someone on live chat and got passed around like 8 different people and they escalated it to their superiors. After waiting a week or so they got back to me and said they can't verify where the code has been used and can only help me if it's an active code and they're now trying to fob me off with a 30-60 euro discount. I also won an android collectible the week after and that worked fine. If anyone reads and replies thank you!

I haven't used my card on my phone, I do have my banks app installed so that could potentially be it but I have no idea whatsoever, any help you guys can give?

The email I'm logged into on Google Play is not the same as the one that appears in the payments tab...
I added a balance via gift card to one of my accounts, but when I make the payment in the app, the payment tab that appears is from another account of mine and there's no option to change it.
Right now I can install 7 games that say "try this and earn 10 points"
is it enough to install them and then delete after 25 hours or do I have to play them at least for 24 hours each or maybe do I have to do something else? the term "try" is so vague..
I had not been receiving points for the "New Discoveries" section under "Earn." I contacted the support team and conducted all the troubleshooting options, and nothing worked. The ticket was sent to the specialist team.
As it turns out, the specialist team closed my account. They said I had "suspicious activity" due to my location.I have been in Thailand for the past year, the "suspicious activity" was me accessing my own account. They said once they close it it cannot be reopened.
The stupid thing about this is that THEY made that decision with 0 context about MY life or why the location had changed. How is that possible? How can they just close an account like that without contacting me first? They don't know me at all or why my account was accessed from a different location for that long.
They are crooks. I have used real money on this account, and now it has been closed due to a decision they made themselves based on conjecture and PURE GUESSING without having the thought of mind to contact me about the so called "suspicious activity" first.
What will happen if I bought this coupon now? it will expire tomorrow or not?
this started happening about one month ago. installing apps from the "earn for new discoveries" section doesn't give me points anymore. I tried opening the apps for a few minutes, but I still don't get any points. anyone else having this problem?
hello I have a parental control on my google accont and so I cant play among us (for example) and i cant save my content if i want to change to any another devices. Does anyone have any idea how I can create a google account without these restrictions or how to remove them ?
I just got this a few minutes ago. Pretty cool.
last night i was able to redeem my card and everything is in date, but when trying to make a purchase, it told me to submit a form asking for the store name, the code on the card, and my city. I submitted all of that correctly but i got a response saying there are inconsistencies with my account and the information provided so im not allowed to make purchases. i have never had this issue in the past, and i would really like to resolve this as i dont know what the inconsistencies are. i was able to make purchases earlier this month so i dont know what happened. i dont have a vpn enabled or anything like that.
i really need to fix this as soon as possible as im trying to make purchases that wont be available to buy later today -- google support has been little to no help so far and i havent got a followup with the person i spoke to, they just said theyd talk to specialists about it.
Okay, for proper transparency, it has been only ONE specific app which has been hindering me thus: a "Unit Converter" by some outfit called, "Techsial". This thing will now throw up a roadblock forcing me to shutdown the launch UNTIL I'm running "Play Store" in the background, as it instructs me to do. This app has NEVER done this before, not until a relatively recent "update"… and NONE of the other Apps I've downloaded from GPStore have ever done this to me!
What Gives? And how do I circumvent this from happening outside of simply uninstalling it and replacing it with a different option?
I got this as a reward today, is there anyone interested in it?
