My single-use personal ArcGIS pro license expired last week, but I have a new authorization file for this year. I have previously renewed my license without issue, but now it is telling me that “[a]ll requested features have already been authorized on this machine” despite the file showing as “expired” on the availability window. Has anyone encountered this problem before and does anyone know how to fix it?
I'm working on a project to create 2D maps in real-time and need more data (images or videos) to improve accuracy. If you have any data or know where I can find some, I'd really appreciate your help. Please DM me if you can help me out.
Not sure for areas outside of the United States. Do an Internet search for ESRI and the name of County in the US you will find a ESRI map for that county to play around with.
I have a client that needs a store locator that behaves differently than just address pins on the map.
Each location's address is irrelevant in this instance, only the service area, or territory. I have KML data but am having difficulty finding software that, A) lets me import the KML files to create clickable polygons that display the location's website link and phone, and, B) includes a search feature like most store locators. Any insights?
How to digitize
In a lay man's language, digitizing is the process of converting information to digital format, in this case maps. Digitizing converts raster data to vector data which can then be used for analysis this give various results. I am going to outline the process of georefrencing and digitizing using three common softwares which are ArcGis, QGIS, Grass and AutoCAD.
