Future garage is a style of electronic music that derives from 2-step and UK garage. It stands out from other forms of electronica thanks to its jittery rhythms and sparse, syncopated beats reminiscent of dub and dubstep.
Future garage is typically performed at tempos ranging from 130 to 140 beats per minute (BPM).
Information:
A current scene of people off-shooting from Dubstep, taking it back to its UK Garage/2-Step/Dark Swing/Bass driven roots away from the current influx of the over-used Wobble and fusing it with Detroit and Dub-Techno making futuristic and often very off kilter modern rhythmic production styles (controversially) called Future Garage. Some notable innovators include: Whistla, Submerse, Sully, Littlefoot, Erra, Kingthing, Deadboy, Brackles, Shortstuff, Phaeleh, Pariah, Sigha, Spherix and Synkro as well as established artists from other areas such as Duncan Powell, Falty DL, Monz, Burial, 2562, SBTRKT and Martyn etc.

Had a mix of songs from the first 3 wavemob mixtapes playing through YT Music then the algorithm took over and eventually played this. Long story short my google home was glitching and unable to identify any of the songs it was playing. They never showed up in my history either, so i recorded this clip, but I haven’t been able to find it on shazam or anything similar.
I was looking for sets played by Vacant the other day and found this amazing recording of Sorrow/Vacant/Bucky back in 2019 in Brighton.

I'm looking for the track that starts around 1:11:35, the one with an arpeggio playing throughout most of it. I'd greatly appreciate it if I could find this song, been looking for it for a bit now. Thanks.
trip-hoppy vibes with russian folk influence
To my great embarrassment I have somehow completely slept on Future Garage despite listening to Burial and other early dubstep heavily back in 2007-08. Anyway I discovered that Future Garage is actually not a crappy house offshoot (no idea why I thought that) fairly recently and fucking love it. Now I need some recommendations for really sad/atmospheric/dark/melodic stuff. pitched vocals all day but no rap. This is what I'm listening to basically on repeat at the moment:
Cirrus Minor - Blindfold / Unsignificant / Empty
Vacant - Belong (anything like this album would be perfect)
Bucky - Love me back (this song specifically or anything of his without rapping in it e.g. Belong, Crimson Wastes, etc)
also yes I know about youtube mixes, would rather have recommendations for producers/songs
Don't know if this might be a bit more mellow then some other releases here but I had fun recording this. Mixes in some melodic synths, wub bass and future garage influenced beats.
