Does anybody know when the next 50% off clearance? Or when’s our next percentage off (that isn’t 15%)
so far I've got 3 checks . no explanation of how they came up with the amounts
Anyone know why I got 70 hrs of sick time last year and this year it’s like 30 ?
Hi hey hello👋🏽
I am currently on maternity leave and it’s up on February 25. I do not plan on returning back to Kohl’s. How exactly do I go about telling them I’m not returning? Do I tell them now? If I tell them before my last day does the maternity leave cancel out before the 25th? This is my first time dealing with maternity leave so I’m not sure what to do
TIA🥰
so yesterday was the first time in a while that i was scheduled for poc. i noticed we had an option to email the receipt, how long has that been there? and do yall use it often? <- either you ask the customer or the customer asks you for it to be emailed
Does anyone here at their store have to take the lids off their clearance shoes...? And does anyone else think it's the dumbest rule? It's more of an inconvenience than a help and causes more issues than needed.
I get its so you can see the shoes better, but I have so many cases where the shoes on clearance will go white ticket and then not have lids. Or 95% of my mismates are from clearance. Also it's just a pain to try and make it look pretty when you can't stack the shoes properly 🥲
Hear y'all got our old CEO. Sorry bout that. Godspeed buddies!
i’m a customer service employee who generally works the registers and occasionally amazon. i’ve been doing it for a few months but lately my long shifts at the register have been very draining. don’t get me wrong, i am grateful to have a job, but i know some of you understand what im saying. i’ve been moving around the store when there’s lots to be done and i love it! i love keeping busy and changing tasks throughout my shift, which clearly does not happen at checkout. you’re stuck in one spot for 8 hours straight doing the same thing.
i used to be on the floor but doing the returns got draining because i couldn’t remember where anything went. the point of this whole rant is that i need advice. is there something in between customer service and working the floor? i assume omni but i don’t think they need help and i’ve never done it. (for example i love ticketing, sorting, organizing, displaying, unpacking, etc) i just want a position where i keep busy and enjoy it because im not sure how many more register shifts i can push through especially with corporate hammering down even harder on rewards and credit percentages now.
Someone help!
Comparable part time jobs to apply to? I currently work customer service/POS but I can’t take the pushing for the credits anymore. Which sucks because I do really enjoy everything else, but my manager drives me crazy about it.
I noticed our DEI signage in the employee break room was taken down. What’s the deal with that?
how do i cancel a cover shift request that i put on the market? its not showing in my notifications for me to cancel it there and i’ve looked like everywhere
How much fine jewlery did we really sell?? Before we had Sephora we had those jewlery islands, cases of jewlery. Then we got Sephora and got rid of the islands and got like 2 or 3 cases of jewlery. In my store we had some customers in fine jewlery before Sephora. After Sephora we had almost zero fine jewlery sales. What was it like in your store? And do you really count that as one of the factors in our decline?
Need help with finding UPC/SKU for these please
A couple months ago, we got a small dumpster for trash and now only use the compactor for cardboard. The dumpster is SMALL and is literally always full. As soon as it gets dumped, we fill it right back up from trash sitting on the dock waiting for dumpster. We had a manager that would go into I'm assuming ServiceNow and request a extra trash pickup, but Kohl's decided to move that manager to a different store and nobody else seems to know how to do it... Can someone tell me where I can find this and how to do it, or if I need to just open a ticket under "Report an issue"? Thanks..
does anyone know if pto or sick time starts tomorrow the 1st or this Sunday?
Just got hired for Lowe's as a sales associate but I also got an offer from kohl's as a stocking operation associate (both part time as I'm a college student doing CS).. Im not sure if i should stick with the lowe's one or let them know asap that I won't be continuing and go with kohl's.... both pay the same - from what I was told, kohl's requires me at least once a week to be there at 5am to unload trucks :( .... not the greatest news but my interviewer did say if it becomes a struggle I can ask to be moved to the floor as sales associate.... At lowe's I hear it just depends on your department - I think I might to indoor gardening from what I was told but might be able to switch.... would really like some advice, I don't want to stress myself out just doing this as a side thing for money and am more than likely to return to the same job/position next year after I finish my summer internship...
Do you have leads? If no how do you break down your duties between all 3 sections?
Is there any way to update customers rewards phone number?
SKU or UPC please
SKU or UPC please

Hey team,
I’m here in MO where later this year we’re adding rules for paid sick time. I noticed they have it written to where the company can opt to reduce your existing PTO in exchange for the PST. I’m assuming this will be the route the company takes as opposed to actually giving us more free time off. Could anyone from a state with already existing PST laws confirm?
I'm a BTL at a Small Format Sephora @ Kohl's. We just got robbed yesterday...again. I know theft is inevitable in retail, but we are getting CLEANED OUT. Our most stolen items are full size fragrances because we just keep them out on the shelf. They are in keeper cases, but thieves either just walk out with the whole keeper case, smash it in the bathroom, or they have a magnet to open it themselves. We only have loss prevention in store a couple days a month because we share them with nearby locations. We have limited the shelf quantity, but it's becoming hard to meet sales goals with so little stock. Not to mention the negative effects on omni and inventory being wayyy off. I've heard some stores are putting empty boxes inside keeper cases or printing out pictures of the boxes, but I don't trust that associates at POC won't just sell empty boxes.😖 Is anyone else dealing with this? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
What is the best way to address an associate who is dumping returns.
I had just cleaned clearance, and then I came across a dozen random clearance items hanging on the end of the dresses clearance rack. This all happened before the store even opened. I don't want to accuse the associate, I just want to share what I found and how frustrating it is. It's hard enough with customers dumping.
