Looking for someone who is willing to spend some time giving me some information about gearing and all that. I've played for quite a while off and on. But last season was my first seasonal character. I just kinda messed around but I'm looking to push myself. I'm having a difficult time finding better gear, even though I've gone up in difficulty numerous times. I'm playing a witch doctor right now and I also started a DH I've been messing with. Im currently up to GR45 and I'm on torment VII difficulty.
I think I just broke my own record this season (Season 33) – I managed to farm all the materials in around 2 hours solo! In previous seasons, it took me much longer, thanks to the RNG gods finally smiling on me :).
What's your personal best, and how long did it take you this season?
P.S.: I did record my farming on youtube https://youtube.com/live/WG1ka_PHikg
I like finding legendary lv 20 weapons etc for examplez instead of getting 2 flawless diamonds and getting to 79 in an hour.
Whats ur guys opinions on this?
EDIT: Yiure comments make alot of sense, i suppose i was being nostalgic about the campain because i hadnt played jt in so kong but yeah it is a time sink and inefficentx cheers for the sdvice guys
I bought this lately & have noticed that progress is npt saved when I play. For example, helping this farmer out as a mini mission, doesnt get saved when I continue to play the next day: I have to do it all over again.
Same thing with larger missions if I dont complete whole mission, all progress gets lost.
PS. I save by going to the village and change flag. DS.
What am I missing here?
Weird situation I’ve relogged and tried everything other than reinstalling but when I hit shift J it says “missing info” and “text should be replaced with game data”. Season Journey is also blank and nothing appears other than the header. Thanks
I've been playing D3 for years, but I've always been fuzzy on the weapon damage affixes. Should I prioritize a high damage range number, or should I look for an added damage to the element of my main damage source?
I'm running Wave of Light on a Monk right now, so is added fire damage better than just added damage?
I m 156 paragon lv with barbarian in d3 torment 4. In torment 5 is so difficult. Is there a build for barbarian to be stronger? For this lv. What i need to do?
I just started playing after a long break and see that now followers can equip more than just weapons and jewelry. I know that legendaries with emanate means the effects work even on your followers, so my question is what items "should" you give your followers?
Both for GR pushing and speed if there's any difference. Specific item sets or legendaries? Can't find much in guides so hope you got some good tips
Is it just me or does this season feel like they've not just rehashed an old season but didn't even update the code, the pack spawning and elemental abilities seem way More broken compared to every other season. And since the end of last season RNG ratios seem like everything's even more rare than usual
Feels like they're letting it die to save d4
I'm probs just a cooke but this season just feels lazy and lacking IMO
I'm playing on the switch if it matters. Seasonal witch docter I'm paragon 188 but I'm looking to see if anybody would be willing to boost me up some paragon levels. I'm also looking for helltooth mantle, greaves and leg guards if anybody has some extras.
Meu jogo acabou de atualizar e não consigo abrir o jogo, ao carregar ele mostra o erro D3D e mesmo reiniciando o pc ele não funciona. Alguém sabe resolver?
Holy sh*t balls the world of Diablo has changed. I haven’t played since launch and largely forgot everything. The maps are coming back to me but everything else is like an entirely new language and everything. Even the guides require a level of knowledge that just makes me feel old. I’m loving the shenanigans out of it and my season 33 solo hard core monk is level 65 (hard difficulty) which feels great to me but compared to the things I see and read I guess I’m slow af. That’s okay. I am curious if any one can explain the leaderboards to me? Are those just completion times on greater rift runs or speed to level? People do it in like 5 minutes? Why and to what end? Idk. I’m now old and that’s okay I suppose. Fuck…
Don't get too excited though, not best in slot ok ish and easy to get to: Intelligence, crit damage, life per hit, fire resist, 80% more gold from monsters and socket.
Only posting because it's so easy to get, usual apply for these recipes - CONSOLE ONLY, start a new character and all that...
Start a witch doctor, Make 6 amulets, Reforge 7 times in the cube. Roll off life on hit or INT, whatever tickles your pickle! 👌🏽
After every season, your paragon points go to non-season characters which can add up after a while.
I wonder how many paragon points to just brute force 150 rifts with sub par builds. Has anyone done the math?
At a cursory glance Inarius should be the clear winner. Can someone help me understand why I'm wrong?
So I've completed season journey all the way to chapter 4. But I can't figure out how to get my set pieces! Everything I read online just says to go to season journey tab and scroll to bottom and click accept gift or whatever. But that's not an option on my screen. I haven't gotten them on any other chars either. Help! Please!
hey folks, my first session here, i've been following a maxroll guide for trag'oul death nova necro, so my question is, i got level 70 and how to farm this set now? i'm too weak to go on high difiiculties, i sense that i have so much low damage with death nova at the moment, so, what to do?
I am playing Diablo 3 Eternal Collection via PS5 console. Before July, I can access the altar but for some unknown reasons, it went missing since July. I am certain that I created a sesonal character.
I also could not see the visions of emnity....
How can I fix it? I do not want to start from scratch.
I’m currently number one earth barb and raekor barb on Xbox single player. Think I’m about 715 paragon, with one primal and a few ancients. Still have about 6 or 7 things to unlock on my altar.
I haven't pushed really far up yet, but until now clicking a shrine just fills the screen with clutter and makes everything around me explode.
This simply makes it difficult to see what's going on, actually play my build because enemies just drop before I can reach them, and I can't really judge how strong my build is, which is especially bad in HC.
I read that their damage drops of later, but then it's just useless scren clutter.
I never thought that I would actually avoid clicking on shrines...
Struggling to find a build but i also dont want to make a char with the least useful seasonal benefit, any ideas would be great, cheers
Last season I had dabbled with using All skills on the Enchantress. All augmented ancients (with strength).
For legendary gem slots;
Esoteric Alteration.
Mutilation Guard
Molten wildebeest's gizzard.
Asheera's Vestments (Shoulder and Hands 2 piece only)
Blackthorne's Battle Gear( Chest, Pants, Boots)
String of ears.
These all seem to boost survivability of the Follower. Toughness reached as high as 1.8B and survived a 14 min GR 150.
One told that Enforcer Gem may render follower practically immortal but I did not play with a build that would utilize it for my hero.
I said it. I mean it. I don't like the play of my necro. Should I finish the alter before starting my DH or Barb or is it best to get that going now? I usually play 1 build the whole season and just try to push as far as I can in rifts. I made 138 with a DH last season (personal best)
I am a returning player after years of taking a break. This season, I am playing crusader using the akkahn condemn/phalanx build. I have cleared a GR120 solo. But I still have a few questions...
do the phalanx bowman or shieldbearers apply life on hit?
does Tasker and Theo gloves work with phalanx avatars?
what are ways I can increase my survivability with the build? I feel like I'm constantly running around trying to just avoid getting hit all together because everything 1 taps me.
I've beat the campaign and got a level 70 barbarian with Paragon rank 200 or so but I don't know how to get "primals" nor do I know what they are. I got a decent build but I can't get past greater rift rank 30 any tips or pointers?
LF PC EU 1-70 season boost, have rebirth available for t16 bug
We are about a week into Season 33, and here are the builds that nobody wants to play.
I went through the PC non-SSF leaderboards combining all servers and both normal/HC modes.
Overall 10 least popular builds, with the number of players that finished a greater rift wearing that set (or no 6pc set):
Interestingly the Helltooth witch doctor (373 players) is the only build to also be ranked on the best builds list from maxroll for the season. It also has the strongest witch doctor adjusted clear for the season by 11.5 tiers. If memory serves, that is due to the action of just a single person who has pushed a GR150 on the server I play.
No demon hunter builds (Natalya least popular) and no necromancer builds (Masquerade least popular) made the list. Every other class has 2 builds on the list.
The least popular Haedrig's Gift build: Jade Witch Doctor (1670 players). Witch Doctor is also the least popular no-set option with 2702 players. Naturally both no-set (from all the people doing GR20 for Haedrig's Gift who would thus rarely have a 6pc set equipped) and the Haedrig's Gift sets themselves get boosted numbers. Also, this season we have a no-set (The Thrill) conquest that should boost a lot of no-set GR tiers a little higher (from 20 to 45) but shouldn't affect the player counts.
A lot of the builds start to look familiar if you compare this list to season 32 and season 30. The churn is all arguably due to the Haedrig's Gift rotation.
Here is a tabulation of all the GR150 clears as of about 10am Pacific on Friday, November 1st. Roughly 1 week into Season 33. Be sure to also check out this excellent analysis of the top clears of every set of every class.
This groups together all the clears for each class, across SC/HC and both SSF and non-SSF. For each class I tallied the number of GR150 clears, the time of the fastest GR150 clear, and the GR tier of the Rank 1000 clear (for this one I picked the higher tier between SSF and non-SSF). If nobody has cleared GR150 for a class then the first column denotes the highest clear in parentheses.
Class | # of GR150 clears | Fastest GR150 | Rank 1000 GR tier |
---|---|---|---|
Barbarian | 1 | 14:13 | 110 |
Crusader | 2 | 9:56 | 113 |
Demon Hunter | 11 | 10:34 | 126 |
Monk | 0 (146) | – | 110 |
Necromancer | 243 | 5:48 | 137 |
Witch Doctor | 1 | 13:29 | 92 |
Wizard | 14 | 8:35 | 121 |
It should come as no surprise that necromancers are utterly dominating.
Second place is a long way back. Wizards have a slight edge over demon hunters on GR150 count and speed, with a 5-tier advantage to demon hunters at the bottom end.
The last group is again barbarian, crusader, monk, and witch doctor, with monks having not reached GR150 yet and witch doctors having the lowest bottom end clear.
If you look at seasons 30 and 32 you can see that overall the leaderboard numbers are thinning out.
