Hi, I've searched the group and cannot find a definitive answer.
Is it legal to buy from a UK based seller a film which only has a FSK rating?
Some films don't seem to be available with a BBFC rating, is FSK legal to own?
I apologise if this has been asked before.
Went to the local Value Village and grabbed these 3, $4 each and all in actually decent condition!
The Bruce Lee film I’m unsure which it actually is, there is Fist of Fury(singular) but this is “Fists of Fury” which might actually be “The Big Boss” which was titled as “Fists of Fury” in the US originally.
All from one shop for £10 ! - excluding the bottom blu ray which is from independent film maker Scott Barley (stunning work)
I bought for two reasons: The first movie was a masterpiece, and this one was not too bad. Good enough for the collection.
I was never really that into movies until i recently started picking up dvds again. Some i already know and are ones i love, others are films i really wanted to try. What do u think? :)
I remember a movie I watched years ago, about a somewhat dysfunctional family, and the daughter's boyfriend, who I believe was a young Keanu Reeves (although I could be mistaken). The son kept coming into the house quickly with a paper bag and going right to his room and locking it. The mother thought the son was bringing in drugs, and asked Keanu to go talk to him. Turns out the kid was bringing in porn videos and spanking his monkey.
I can't for the life of me remember the name, or if it was actually Keanu Reeves, it had to be over 25 years ago I saw this.
Any ideas?

A friend of mine lives in Barcelona and came to Brazil for a visit. As I do with a lot of friends and family, I ordered some titles for him to bring to me. Anyone eles do this kind of thing to help your collection?
Got all of these on ebay for £30 and I think the left pile alone is worth £50
Good day all,
Asking Singaporeans, if you have personal experience and can recommend a region free Blu ray player that really does play Blu ray from all countries, and have tried on recently released Blu ray discs.
For years I have bought Blu-rays directly from US and played with no problem on a Singapore Blu-ray player. That's because I understood that US and Singapore share the same region code.
I stopped buying for 3 years and recently started buying from Amazon again. I bought Equalizer 3, Operation Fortune, and Deadpool and Wolverine. All region A, none of them work. I even bought John Wick 4 twice. The first time when it didn't work, I assumed I had a faulty disc.
My Blu-ray player is the LG BP550 pegged as a region free Blu Ray player. I'm wondering if these Blu ray players work with differing effectivness in different countries.
Thanks in advance!
If you had to choose one, would you recommend either Gangs of New York or There Will Be Blood to buy on dvd??
These two recent films have been on my radar for a hot minute, so im excited to finally give them a watch. Have you seen them?
