Big blue nation is absolutely unhinged sometimes and they are proud of it. Calapari comes back tomorrow and I'm feeling the hype build up with each passing hour.
I have a few kentucky fans as friends having been raised in that part of the country and have heard them say they have batteries and cups of suggary drinks on the ready for when he comes on the court / when he leaves. That is absolutely unacceptable behavior.
Let's talk about reasonable actions that kentucky fans can take when he takes the floor:
Unacceptable behavior
I feel like this post is necessary as kentucky fans don't seem to be interested in policing themselves, so I just want to get a consensus on what would and would not be acceptable behavior this Saturday from the wisdom of this sub reddit.
What do you guys think?

Accidentally bought an extra ticket to this game on February 2nd at 2pm. Ticket is the first row right behind the visitor bench and press row (section 123).
To be clear, this ticket is free and this post will be deleted after I have given away the ticket.
Hello friends! Out of boredom I built an ML model that produces what I'll call "The Hater Index" which is mostly a function of total game thread comments, total r/CBB subscribers of every team, and the rate of semantically negative comments made by users holding team flairs in game threads of specific teams. More or less, the model predicts what percentage of comments will be negative comments from users with flairs of specific teams, normalized by number of hater team flairs and comment frequency. To account for conference rivalries, I have removed all intra-conference hatred (e.g., Bama <-> Auburn comments are removed, Duke <-> UNC comments are removed, etc).
In essence, a higher index represents a higher frequency of hater team fans leaving negative comments in victim team game threads.
In the interest of developing the model further, here are the top 25 hater indices. All comments are wecome!
E: Expanded to the top 25 by request
EE: Fixed the table

A couple strong contenders to win their conference regular season championship, and position themselves for a postseason run! Can't wait to see who comes off the list this year!
Good luck the rest of the way boys!
Would be a full buyout.
He is projected to finish 6-12 in the American, after a 5-13 finish last season.
More about thinking about the hypotheticals here. What are the realistic head coaching candidates if UNC were to move on from Hubert Davis? Here is my list:
Big Names (Make a call but a great chance they say no): Scott Drew, Nate Oats, Shaka Smart, Matt Painter, Daran Devries, TJ Oltzenberger, Jay Wright
Next names I think are realistic: Billy Donovan, Mark Byington, Bucky McMillan, Grant McCasland, Ben McCollum, Bryan Hodgson
In the family: Wes Miller ( I don't love this one for how bad Cincinnati is currently)
Names but have some bad history: Chris Mack, Chris Beard, Will Wade

Following Illinois' loss to Nebraska, and an overall disappointing January, I'm curious to hear your thoughts on Brad's coaching style and how it fits into today's college basketball dynamic.
Brad appears to do his best work leading up to any given season. The nature of college basketball leads to a team's composition changing yearly - some years more significantly than others. I've always been impressed by Brad's ability to adapt his game to the players he has. Even recently, transitioning from dynamic athletes like Ayo/Trent, to a dominant big like Kofi, to a combination of an explosive TSJ and midrange master in Domask, to the rebound-heavy, (seemingly) well rounded team he has this year - Brad appears to have teams well prepared to enter the season, getting the best out of their composition.
All that said, it feels like he gets set in the gameplan and is out-coached significantly intra-game, especially against other B10 coaches. He has a strong reluctance to make adjustments, has a weird loyalty to players that seldom show up (taking out DGL for Humbrickhous last night was a war crime), and coaches teams that tend to be very streaky. There was a point this year where I thought the Illini could make another Elite 8 run despite their youth, and after last night I wouldn't be surprised if we needed to scratch and claw to get into the tournament.
Ultimately, I'd trade some of his stellar pre-season coaching ability for better performance within games. I'd sacrifice a couple games early to see more consistent improvement as the season progresses.
What are your thoughts? How do you value each aspect of coaching in today's NCAA make-up?
