I received an email stating that I have received "free rewards" that will expire at the end of the month. However, when I got to my account I get a "Forbidden" message. That sent me here. What should I do?
Each time I scroll down the top and bottom navigation bars disappear and only reappear when scrolling upwards. I really do not like the feature and can’t find anything in settings to stop it. Deleted and reinstalling the app did nothing. Any solutions?
I have more karma on my cell phone than on my computer's website, and on both I have the same account. It is a problem because in both it appears that I achieved an achievement but now it gives me an error, and it must be because of this inconvenience
Description: Translate option no more available even after switching 'content language' in settings Device model: RMX 3286 Realme OS version: 13 Android Steps to reproduce: Change 'content language' in settings to tour target language and restart the app Expected and actual result: one will find the 'translate' button under post headline and when tapped, translates the entire post in the target language as desired Screenshot(s) or a screen recording
Edit: To clarify, I'm talking about the profile showing up as a suggested result before submitting the search. Some user profiles show up as suggestions when typing their username and others don't, so you would think having this setting disabled should make it so that the username doesn't immediately show up as a suggestion.
I've toggled the setting on and off and saved, in both privacy settings and directly on my profile, and it doesn't seem to work. (Note this is for another account of mine.)
The two settings I'm talking about, which control the same thing, are under the "privacy" tab in the main settings menu, and an option on the "edit profile" page.
I know there can be a delay for turning off the setting that lets your profile show up in external search engine results, but I'm just talking about Reddit search here, so you'd think the effect would take place at least within a 12 hour period or so.
Is there some quick fix for this? If not then I think this is something the admins should know about.
It won't allow me to add a url to the report of a subreddit in the report form.
Description: Whenever I want to access r/startrekadventures, website (smartphone and Windows PC) and android app tell me, they can't reach reddit. If I search something and a post from that subreddit is in the results, I can still open those posts without problem.
pleas help
i've seen a few posts about this but never any answers. i've already cleared my cache. whatever the issue is, when i click on the chat, it simply loads forever. it works fine on mobile but i'd like to access it on my browser, too.
So I receive email notifications of the comments on my post however, I cannot see them when I attempt to reply to them within the Reddit application. Like the comment count has increased, but there is no comment for me to vote or reply to.
Hi, I was top commenter and poster in subreddits: r/lietuva and r/SEO
I should have got the TOP 25/10/5/1% commenter/poster badges, but I only got all the TOP commenter badges in subreddit r/SEO and didn't get any TOP poster in that sub and TOP commenter/poster badges in r/lietuva
Everyone got their badges on December 1st and 2nd. Should I wait more or I am the only one who didn't get it?
i joined some subreddits and i even favorited them but they don't show up when i'm scrolling on reddit. please fix this
This feels silly to even write about but I'm annoyed that my Reddit streak disappeared today despite it being my 139th day. This is after it froze for multiple days on the 121th day.
Why bother having these breadcrumb rewards if they don't even function properly?
I want my sad little dose of reward dopamine!
How do i solve this?
Never had any problems with this app up until a couple weeks ago. It started off with me not being able to post in certain subreddits (that I’ve posted in before) I’d get a popup saying I cant contribute to this community yet because my comment karma/account age isn’t high enough (this was done on a burner account where my karma/age met these requirements, I know the account I’m using to post on has no karma) I thought maybe I was shadowbanned or something, so I messaged the mods of that subreddit and they said its a problem on Reddits end. Couple days later, now I cant even send messages/accept chat requests, and even post in subs. Even the ones where I dont get the “you cant contribute to this sub” popup. I’ll try and post and then it’ll be automatically removed. I know my account isn’t banned cause I’ve had accounts banned before and I haven’t gotten any messages saying I’m banned
Same as title.
Whenever I go to delete account and press it nothing happens it just goes back to normal and doesn’t show are you sure you want to delete this account
I created my account with appleid, I can’t delete my account due to it not having a password when I’ve tried on desktop, when I try on the mobile app it asks me to continue by logging into my Apple ID and then nothing, I’m able to log in and out with my Apple ID yet can’t delete my account, I have tried to reset my password and a link is never sent to my email despite the fact that when I created the account I selected share NOT forward my email. Have even tried to sign in with just my email and try and reset the password that way and have also tried to disconnect my AppleID from reddit from within the iOS settings and still now dice. What do I do?
Dear Team, I am using Android and since 3 days, i am not able to pist any picture neither in any community i joined nor on my individual page. The process starts, continues and vanishes upon the final posting step. Only text are getting posted.
For the past week, all Reddit media has been loading very slowly or not at all. I also get frequent web site errors of various kinds.
It looks like I'm being sent to a dud Fastly edge cache. I'm on AT&T Fiber in the Silicon Valley area. Reddit's various domains resolve to 151.101.73.140 and sometimes also 2a04:4e42:11::396. Twelve-99 shows up in the IPv4 traceroute and the ping packet loss is 6% to 17%. The IPv6 traceroute is blank and has packet loss from 0% to over 20%. The AT&T router upstream of me is 2001:506:6000:11b:71:156:212:139 and 71.148.135.240.
I entered my account with my phone number , and whenever i try to delete my account, i put in thy correct verification code but i then get softlocked and cant press anything. Please help 💔💔

In the middle of drafting a post or even reply-to-post the text suddenly disappear in Reddit mobile app (ios), leaving only same background as if u scrolled off view.
iPhone 13 iOS 18.1.1
Multihub link non responsive. I get the list of multhubs but if I select one, I can’t open the individual multihub.
You have to type three (enter)'s for Reddit to register only one actual new line (supposed to be 2). For example : If you make a new line (1 enter), the line will just add on to the current line (effectively 0 enters). But if you make two new lines, there will be only one space between each line.
For some reason, emojis are weirder. One (enter) will turn into 0 (enters), but two (enters) will turn into 3 (enters). And 3 (enters) will turn into 3 (enters). Making it impossible to make emojis next to each other in a column. For example :

🐱 ^cant put one here

Actually, it seems even buggier. But that's the patterns I could see. Tried my best to explain, I hope you see where I'm going
