My 14 year old Opinel No 6

Still is my go to for many projects, even though it doesn't get much pocket time.

My old edc!

ESEE Zancudo, carried, beat, carved, cut, used an abused but dear to my heart. One of the first knives I got as a teen, lots of camping trips and projects have been completed with this one. I have my first kid on the way and I’m already considering getting him this as his first pocket knife! Maybe a Victorianox, that’s what I had… but we will see :)

My second pocket knife.

My first pocket knife was stolen out of my car. I bought this Buck knock off at a hardware store about 15 years ago. The tip broke off and it has sat on my work bench ever since. While loading some 20ga shells this morning I got the idea to file the spine down into a Wharncliffe-ish style and I love it!

A LOT of work went into cleaning these up to this condition. Polished brass, sanded wood, reprofiled the chips and broken tips out. Beat up, but beautiful.

Is this beat up enough?

My first proper knife, I've had it about 5 years. It doesn't seem much use nowadays. At one point it was painted pink to help me find it, but not much of that remains

The counter knife

1993 Buck 112 that was on an electricians belt for years. It was left at my dad's store and it's been the counter knife ever since. The owner has long passed but the knife can still hang out in his place.
