6. Condemns the normalization and widespread promotion of gambling by Australian media and advertising outlets,
7. Calls for the immediate development and implementation of stricter regulations on gambling advertising, particularly during times and on platforms that are accessible to children and vulnerable groups,
8. Urges the government to hold media companies accountable for their role in perpetuating gambling harm by incentivizing ethical advertising practices and introducing penalties for breaches,
9. Supports public education campaigns aimed at increasing awareness of gambling harm, modeled on the success of anti-tobacco campaigns,
10. Affirms its commitment to protecting Australians from the harmful impacts of gambling and advocates for a holistic, national approach to tackle gambling addiction and its associated social harms.
