It was ahead of it’s time and since Bitcoin was still something new at the time it is amusing to see how they referred to “a Bitcoin” as a memory stick.
I always list Almost Human as a reason why I stopped watching new FOX shows as there were a series of shows that were excellent that FOX didn’t give a chance to and also ended them without any closure.
However I haven’t rewatched it in years. I had it saved on an old DirecTV DVR and when I went full streaming a few years ago I lost access to it.
I binged watched it over the past week on its 10th Anniversary on Tubi and I’m mad all over again.
What a fantastic show. It was such a great mix of Sci Fi, Crime, Action and I kinda forgot how funny it could be.
Anyone know where to watch this in current times? I absolutely adore this show and have been craving a rewatch, but I watched it on Tubi previously and it's no longer there. Google says it's available on Prime, Vudu, etc, but all of those options link to an Almost Human MOVIE, not the show 😑. Has anyone watched it recently and if so, where?
This year a show by J.H. Wyman named Debris came out. Debris was amazing but sadly it got canceled. I am part of the save debris fan campaign and we are trying to get it on dvd. I have already emailed tubi requesting them to acquire Debris. I also emailed Via vision requesting a debris dvd. We need debris on dvd because it has many fringe Easter eggs if more people are able to watch it then it will be way more popular. I don’t want debris to become lost media. I am also posting this similar post on r/fringe and r/debris please help me and email the companies requesting tubi to acquire Debris and for via vision to make a debris dvd email them here: https://tubitv.com/static/support https://viavision.com.au/ thank you all have a great day

Use that order and be amazed.
All hail others who first suggested it.
A great sci-fi shows becomes a truly outstanding show.
Spoiler Alert: watching Dorian be with the one as she was deactivated was campy when it happened in episode 2. Watching that same scene, even in a rewatch, in episode 5 is truly moving. Same deal with less emotional weight for the olive oil in episode6 instead of episode 3.
Now, I know it happens occasionally that networks switch episodes around to tease viewers or to accommodate schedule changes, but these changes are insane. Below, check out the order that the episodes aired paired with their true episode numbers to the right in parenthesis.
1 Pilot (1)
2 Skin (5)
3 Are you Receiving?(6)
4 The Bends (7)
5 Blood Brothers (8)
6 Arrhythmia (3)
7 Simon Says (10)
8 You Are Here (2)
9 Unbound (9)
10 Perception (4)
11 Disrupt (11)
12 Beholder (12)
13 Straw Man (13)
Seriously FOX!
https://screenrant.com/canceled-tv-shows-different-endings/ I hope someone is happy about this
I like the cast and see this show got at 8/10 on IMDb. I just wanted to double check that it's worth watching though. Does it have a disappointing ending where they were waiting for another season to give closure?
This isn't streaming anywhere, is it? Does Disney own it now? It'd be nice if they put it on Disney+.

That's amazing guys!!!
As years passed and we slowly moved to other TV shows, I find myself periodically returning to Almost Human with urge to watch it... my question is - Do any of you know any similar to Almost Human? And I mean something sci-fi like with humor, but its not a comedy, having nice cast and interesting storytelling? Something like Terra Nova for example...

I have decided to write my own version of Season Two for National Novel Writing Month (November), basically write 50,000 words in a month.
r/http://almosthumantvs.tumblr.com is where i will be posting updates/chapters if you guys wanna check it out. First episode coming soon!
It has been over five years since this amazing show had been unfairly canceled. It had been unfairly treated by Fox. It's practically obvious they doomed it to fail by giving it a Monday timeslot, which back in 2014, was a deathslot for shows on that network at the time. They aired episodes drastically out-of-order, messing up the pacing and character development. They aired it in November, later in the season than networks usually have new shows come out. September/October is the prime time for new shows. Gave the show 2, 3-week hiatuses, and was aired during the Olympics.
This show deserves a second chance, whether that be a continuation with a second season, a mini-series to wrap up loose ends, or a completely new reboot.
Please, help fans of this amazing show get the closure and set things right.

I read in other posts online that the episodes were shown out of order. Does anyone know what the proper order is? I own the digital copies but they are listed in the same order as they were shown on television. My roommate wants to write an Almost Human fanfiction, and I want to help him out.
From skimming through the top posts on this sub I think it would be the best logical conclusion for the show. Urban wanted to be closer to his family and couldn't handle being away from them so long, if he just records his voice at a local studio or something then he wouldn't have to be stressed. The budget for the show would go through the roof, seeing as they just barely managed to make the Sci-Fi of the show good and it would give them a chance to make even more Cyberpunk looking things in a Cyberpunk world.
Thoughts?
I missed alot these series so today i watched some of the episodes, before year ago or so.. I watched the whole season and i was expecting season two.. But whatever i can do nothing for it. So lets throw some theories. In the 11 episode "Disrupt" When Dorian was charging and obviously turned off Rudy(the technician) was digging deep into his memories and as we saw the memories were of some child playing with a train toy in a hospital (later we understand that Rudy was turned on Dorian an have some conversations with him, but he erased them from the Dorian's memory) from this point so far i have some confusing theory about the existing of these memories:
The program "Synthetic Soul" was not so "synthetic" maybe the child at the hospital was very sick and the only hope for him to survive was to somehow stransfer his consciousness to a computer chip, the child's skin was not black so there was no chance for Dorian to be a born child or raised in a container like in the Matrix. If the movie "Self/Less" is familiar to you it's something like this.. And Dorian it's not just like-human but he some times is acting very humanly. So these memories are from someone else's head.. But somehow they are suppressed, and only the part of thinking and taking decisions is active.
