Hi, please help me find this dress. My best friend is getting married and has told me how much she loves this dress. She found it on Pinterest with a link going no where and said she’s tried finding it everywhere with no success. Maybe you can help me find this dress or something similar?
What did you use for a sheer underlay for a backless dress
I love this dress but i don’t like that the long mesh sleeves are completely attached to the dress. Would a seamstress be able to cut them off and add some type of fastener or something to make them optional to the dress? I mainly want the sleeves for the ceremony but to have the option to remove them for dancing. Is this an option or should i just move on?
Hi!! I am in search of Fig by Anna Kara or similar dupes. It is in my budget but I literally can’t find it in any store, I even emailed the designer and haven’t heard back yet. I am in the US and am dying to try it on, I think it could be my wedding dress. Thank you in advance!
Hi everyone! Hoping for some direction. Recently my fiancée saw this dress from Chotronette and it was the first one that sparked any real interest. Paired with my Flora and Lane dress it would make us look like I'm a fairy princess and she's the knight in charge of my guard and we've angered the fey realm gentry by getting married. Weirdly specific, but it was a very big OH moment when she hadn't known what she was looking for until then. It's not necessarily The One, but it's certainly The Vibe she's looking for.
Unfortunately we checked Chotronette reviews and it looks like they've been having problems delivering on time, with dresses arriving very late or not at all with minimal communication. Rather than taking the risk she wants to see if she can find something similar, and is open to combining pieces from cosplay/fantasy shops to get a similar look.
We checked Teuta Matoshi but nothing sparked joy, and Claire Pettibone is in the right direction but very far out of our budget.
Any suggestions?
I know I look sad in this photo I promise I’m excited I’m just missing my mama a lot. She passed away 2 years ago and our wedding planning has been melancholy for sure. Anyway, I adore this dress I just feel like the bottom is kind of boring?? I really wanted a lace train. Does anyone know of a dress similar to this one with a lace train? Open to different styles I like mermaid a lot too!
I tried on M2435 and loved it! I had made up my mind to go with that one, when I learned that P5120 is exactly the same dress in charmeuse instead of crepe. It's only about $150 more. I haven't tried on P5120 and the shop doesn't have a sample of it. What are the pros and cons of crepe vs. Charmeuse? Which would suit this dress more?
Designer: Pronovias, Dress: Keoni. I could not be more excited and thrilled with my dress choice! It’s very “me” and exactly the look I am going for for my August 2025 wedding at a golf resort in the mountains of Georgia 🤗 My mom went with me & I’m only showing her before the day of the wedding so I’m sharing it here because I had to show someone else 😂 IN LOVEEEEE 😍 (I’m planning on wearing my hair up in a similar fashion on wedding day!)
Love how they look like pointe shoes. Would like them from a trustworthy site. Thanks!
My wedding is in 3 weeks and my dress with Archie by made with love!!! Did anyone wear undergarments for this dress? Does anyone have any belly button hider recs?
I bought my wedding dress back in August and loved it at the time. I put it on and it just felt like me. I'm doing a tropical wedding though (in 2 months) and I'm starting to stress out. I worry I chose tooo fast and also feel like I will be very hot in this dress at a tropical location. I think looking back I wish I had chosen a dress with a prettier lower section (some tulle or lace). I was on azazie and saw a dress I loved and I feel like I just rushed the whole process. When I went wedding shopping I had my whole family there and I think I rushed to choose to please everyone because I didn't want to have to meet up with family constantly and plan that (I worked 2 jobs to pay for this wedding so free time was non existent) just need some help and support ❤️
Hi! I would love to use the fabric from my grandmother’s wedding dress to create a new wedding dress for myself. Does anyone have advice on this topic?
I’m in the LA area in case anyone knows of a tailor or designer that could help!
I'm a mature bride struggling to find an age appropriate wedding gown for a July wedding - aiming for regal rather than princess! Must have sleeves at least to the elbow. I'm thinking that a sophisticated champagne or gold coloured evening gown might suit me and feel more "me" on the day. I've just been round Selfridges and John Lewis and only found 2 possibles but not in my size (possibly the wrong season for these colours?). Can anybody suggest good places in London to buy the kind of dress I'm after? Prom dresses are probably on the young side for me.
Ok so my wedding dress is stunning and I plan to wear it for the entire day but I would love to have a back up dress that I could return if I don’t wear it.
For that to be possible it would have to be off the rack. I am plus size so wondered if anyone had an examples of shorter second dresses if you’re plus size? Also where’d you buy it?
Okay seriously considering buying this dress on Amazon. Bonus points if anyone else has purchased this exact one & can tell me their honest review. Or anyone else that’s ordered their dress from Amazon, do I keep my expectations low? We are trying to keep our budget as low as possible & I can’t justify spending hundreds or thousands on a dress to wear for one day. I’ve looked on stillwhite & all those sites & I still feel like dresses with this amount of detail are in the $700-$1500 range compared to $120 (Amazon). Help!!
I got my dress back from alterations and I feel like the cups of my dress are too big. They are my bra size 32DD, but I feel like it makes my torso look short and my boobs really long. Am I being my own worst critic?
I get married next week is there anything I can do? Switch out cup sizes or add boning to the center?
Or am I just insecure about having a chest lol
Thanks yall.
