Looking for the name of a movie (based on details about the VHS tape)
So, years ago I remember seeing a VHS cover-- black w/ mostly blues and purples. It's one of those "Don't" films, I believe (and yes, I know there are a ton of them). I believe the distributor was USA Home Video. I remember maybe the silhouette of a body of a woman... maybe? Also, I don't believe the title on the VHS was the original or popular title of the movie, but I simply cannot remember what that was, either (I thought Bloodstalkers, maybe, but that led me to a dead end).
Any help? :)

Creased tape: Safe to play?
The tape on this VHS was creased when I put it in a bad VCR. Is it safe to play? I don't mind the damage to this small potion, but there's a lot more tape left.

VCR Belt Question
Hi all, quick question about my VCR belts. Today I was playing a tape and it didn't eject, so I took apart the VCR and found two of the belts were completely off their pulleys. I put them back where it seemed to make the most sense and everything appears to work now, I just want to come on here and ask if it looks right from these photos. This model is a Symphonic 6400.

Where to begin fixing my VCR
My first lead is the machine. This is because when this problem first happened I thought it was the tapes problem, but now it does this with every tape.
The machine is a JVC HR-VP653U. Where should I go next adjusting the it?
