My Homemade tofu “meet” Fresh veggies n avocado! My sauce was sweet chilli drizzled Re heated my fries from two days ago in the airfryer 🤣 This was phenomenal !🔥

From bottom up:

• Spicy mayo (vegan mayo & gochujang)
• Romaine lettuce
• Cucumber slices
• Green legend smoky BBQ steak
• Pineapple ring
• Pressed half of red bell pepper
• Spicy mayo

Paired with roasted sweet potatoes and more spicy mayo to dip said potatoes in (not pictured).

I made everything besides the dressing :)

I’m in Pensacola today and having a delicious lunch. In addition to the jackfruit the slaw and pickles are out of this world! 😋

I made wontons with chili sauce, an easy veggie broth soup, little spicy cucumber salad, and scallion pancakes!

Still cleaning out the fridge pre-move so I made a tofu scramble with odds and ends. Onions, carrots, celery, peppers, mooch, shredded cheeze, scallions, chipotle’s in adobo sauce, and facon. Hit the spot.

I used the hidden veggies sponge cake recipe and silk heavy whipping cream for the frosting

I was attempting theeburgerdude’s french dip recipe. I had to substitute a few ingredients and it didn’t really end up looking or tasting like French dip and the au jus didn’t look or taste like au jus but it was still so good my husband said it’s not a French dip it’s a danish dip lol
