Hi everyone! Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I couldn't find a right subreddit for this. Feel free to take the post down if it's not allowed!
So, I've been looking for the official lyrics of Munkaroo by Alice Russell. (link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A3F463QUtBQ )
The problem is that I've only found the lyrics on a couple of sites and they are mostly wrong or don't make sense. English is not my first language and I find it difficult to transcribe some of the lyrics.
Can someone please provide the right ones in a comment? Thank you in advance!
Hey - clueless American here really diving into the UK music scene! What are some of your favorites blogs, websites, podcasts etc to find new music and stay up with the scene?
The new UK jazz scene is gaining momentum internationally. For me it represents the future of jazz.
Find it in Jrapzz playlist that gives it pride of place (you will find in particular corto.alto, Mum Tudie, Quinn Oulton, Ezra Collective, berlioz, SHOLTO, Alfa Mist, Nubya Garcia, Felix Hien, Josef Akin, Snazzback...)

Phoebe and Lilly from Lambrini Girls (releasing probably one of this year's best albums on Friday) are on my show 101 Part Time Jobs tomorrow.
You can hear and watch the full thing on all platforms tomorrow morning. Cheers for watching!
15 or 16 years ago, there was a bootleg of the DM called "On Solo Ways" in which contained supposed demos of the members of the DM of the 80’s. Among the 19 songs, 3 stand out for belonging to the same group: Memorybank, a musical group from Southampton that was active during the summer of 1987.
The 3 songs of Memorybank (Treadmill Of Time, Chart Rundown and Here To Have Fun) somehow arrived on an American/English radio and were played live. I would like to know from the Fans Modes here if anyone knows anything about the radio in which played these 3 songs or if they recognize the voice of the announcer. Somehow the songs from Memorybank got on this radio and the announcer believed it was Alan Wilder’s demos. If anyone recognizes or knows anything about the radio station on which they played the songs, please contact me.
The members are: Tim Addy (keyboardist), Jonathan Lewis (vocalist and songwriter), Nik Lawrence (vocalist) and Simon Gorman.
The alleged radio broadcast where they played Memorybank’s songs
"Treadmill Of Time" being erroneously attributed to Depeche Mode
