I’ve seen some posts and comments indicating the sounders official YouTube, along with another channel, have live streamed games in the past.
My coworker wants to meet up before work to watch the second (third??) half. Before I commit to waking up a bit earlier, does anyone have a definitive source for a stream?
Go sounders!
Anyone have a calendar link to their schedule?
Hi, is it possible to watch any of the Sounders pre-season games live. I will be in Marbella this Friday and would love to catch their pre-season game.
NEWS | We have signed defender Kim Kee-hee to a one-year contract with an option for 2026.
Welcome back to Seattle, Kim! 💚
Senior Manager of Matchday Experiences for Sounders FC and Reign FC. Guess they are listening to the people complaining about the Matchday experience being subpar the past few seasons.

hi, I’m a representative of AmerykańskaPiłka, a Polish portal dedicated to USMNT and MLS . Every year, we publish a MLS guide, and this year it will be printed again. We've added a new theme to this year’s guide because our plan is to interview passionate fans from each team about topics like matchday traditions, away days, tips on how to enjoy a match to the fullest, and include this in the guide. If we gather enough content, it will also be featured on the guide and our website. Here are the questions we’re asking:
Just discovered their YT channel. Is this the whine channel? Who are these guys? I
This community is yours. We listened to your input over the past week on this topic. I was going to type up a long post as to why Twitter/X or Meta/Instagram/Threads/Facebook links are banned, but the other subs have already done that work for me. The reasoning is pretty straight forward, and to be honest, this has been a long time coming. Login requirements, misinformation, political censorship, and of course, nazis.
Here are some of the reasons given by other adjacent subs:
https://www.reddit.com/r/MLS/comments/1i8cl4v/announcement_twitterx_and_meta_links_are_banned/
https://www.reddit.com/r/soccer/comments/1ian181/announcement_xtwitter_content_to_be_banned_on/
https://www.reddit.com/r/ussoccer/comments/1i8wpw9/twitterx_links_are_banned_on_russoccer/
https://www.reddit.com/r/Seahawks/comments/1i6rrgi/twitter_xcom_link_ban_policy/
https://www.reddit.com/r/Mariners/comments/1i6pxqs/twitter_links_are_no_longer_allowed/
https://www.reddit.com/r/SeattleKraken/comments/1ias116/twitterx_links_no_longer_allowed/
What does this mean practically?
Rule 5 reads:
Sometimes someone will come across a news article from a tweet posted by a sports writer or league official. Often times these tweets will link to an original article. Always link to the original article if it exists. If it takes more than 1 click to get to the news piece then it is likely a bad post. Avoid twitter/X as a source whenever possible.
Note that aside from some wording changes, this rule will remain in place for BlueSky posts or other social media. If the BlueSky post is just a link to an article, post the article, not the link.
The reason this change was not more immediate, is because I wanted to give the Sounders Social Media team a heads up, to ensure they are mirroring every single post, and to give them an opportunity to inform the players as well.
As always, we value your input and constructive criticism, and there is a non-zero chance that this change doesn't work out as well as we intend, so we reserve the right to re-evaluate over time. Thank you for your support.
Was trying to do my own scouting and stumbled upon Alex Arce, Paraguayan striker who plays for LDU de Quito in Ecuador. 29 years old, had 37 G/A last season. I know we want to sign a young striker prospect that would last us many years, but I think a reliable striker ahead of the CWC could really help us. Let me know your thoughts.
Last week, Leganés won at home against Atlético de Madrid (snapping their historic 15-game winning streak, no less).
Compared to the Seattle Sounders, Leganés has a slightly lower TransferMarkt value (€45.30 million to our €52.90 million), and Leganés has a slightly higher Opta Ranking (#129 to our #142).
Add to that, Atleti will be 5000 miles from home (+ traveling back and forth between Seattle and LA for their 3 group games) and some insist that they won’t be using their star players, getting a result might not be that far out of the realm of possibility.
Update 01.27 - just got the email this morning that we can select games & seats.
Has anyone heard when Flex memberships will be able to purchase tickets?? We’re suppose to have early access but I haven’t heard anything.
