I urgently need a haircut, preferably from someone who knows how to cut curly hair.
I'm an international student interested in chemical engineering, however my university agent says that it would be easier for me to apply for chemistry and then change my major to petroleum engineering. I have 3.62 unweighted gpa, 3.80 weighted, 1440 sat, and I'm taking another one in november. I got 5s in AP calc ab and AP micro, 4s in AP Chem and AP ES. My ECs are OKAYish but I do lack competitions related to chemistry.
Instead of disbursing my grad plus loans in time they claimed there was a glitch in the system and they would release my grad plus loans after I had emailed them. They finally processed my grad plus loans but now they are holding my already received funds because of a summer hold they decided to place 2 days ago.. now understand this they already had given me a portion of my grad plus loans and I’m already in class. Just want to make sure this didn’t happened to anyone before I go in there on Monday to argue with these people and dispute the summer charges that for sure I’m not paying.
Anyone know what day that fall fair is on cook Doug? Me and my friend stumbled across it freshman year but I don’t know what it’s called or who runs it. They had Apple cider, corn fritters, pumpkin pie and bracelet making and it was on the Eagleton Lawn???
I was at the career fair yesterday. I spoke with a representative from Whiting Turner. Really kind blonde guy. But I lost his business card. I wanted to connect with him on LinkedIn. Did anyone else that went happen to get his name?
Hello!
I and a couple of other students are searching for volunteer illustrators and/or animators interested in sketching and drawing for a mental health startup initiative on campus. If you're looking to donate your time to a good cause while practicing your skills and getting resume points, please reach out.
Thank you!!
cook doug commuter wanting to park on college ave today, where can I do so?
Gentile didn’t really specify much about the exam other than giving a couple practice problems and stating it’ll consist of 5 free response questions. Anyone who’s taken this class before, what should I expect 💀 tyia
I am an international freshman at Rutgers and I have been told to buy Halloween costumes now as the prices are hiking up. Does anyone know a place near Rutgers where you can find good quality and affordable range of Halloween costume. I could buy from Amazon but I want to try out the costume before spending on it.

Every single time I drive into stadium west lot from the left side coming in of river road there’s so much traffic. I feel tempted to drive on the lane in between for turning. Can I drive on that lane or no? And why is there so much traffic? There’s literally just random slow parts on that road and it drives me nuts.
I used to commute 10 minutes or less from Rutgers and my commute was super smooth and easy and I lived rent free but then my living situation changed and now I’m commuting from my hometown and it takes 25 minutes on a good day and 35 minutes on a traffic day and I hate it so much. I feel stressed driving on the highway especially at night I feel like I’m gonna die driving on the highway with these crazy drivers and I can’t use the Rutgers amenities (gym, hang out with friends,go to Rutgers on a whim) as I used to. And I also have to think about gas now because it’s not cents anymore but more like $6 on gas for a round trip. I miss the ten minute less drive and it’s sorta ruining Rutgers for me. I felt a lot more involved when I lived closer and just had a little drive. Like I could go to clubs that ended at 11pm and be fine driving home because I lived just around the corner but I’m never doing that now because I hate driving at night on the highway. And I feel like my feelings aren’t valid because other people have way longer commutes than me but I always compare my older living situation and man I miss that less than ten minute around the corner commute but I can never get it back. I need advice on coping with this. Btw dorming is not an option due to costs
If my mom got a job at rutgers, does any job count for tuition remission? Is there certain criteria? Do certain positions get it and others don’t? I’m a little confused by the website
Female Junior transferring to quads I. How is it? What can I do to prepare for a comfortable living? Do’s and don’ts?
Has anyone had trouble getting mail that requires a signature delivered? I assume it doesn't matter if it's just going in the locker but I definitely do need to know if I'm wrong. (I couldn't find anything on the mail services website.)
It keeps saying “server is temporarily unavailable. Please try again in a few minutes”. It’s been like this for hours now. What do I do?
Going to ride the full loop because i’m just that bored on a Friday night. That’s it, that’s the post!
Hey, my roommate is moving to a different dorm pretty soon and I am looking for a new roommate.
If not, it’ll just be someone from a waitlist.
If anyone wants to live at Henderson apartments, let me know via DM!!!
I am a junior who goes to Mason Gross and is looking preferably someone else who also does.
Thanks!!!

Hey, I have 2 rooms available in a house off of Easton, next to St. Peter’s. My housemate and I are both mature, clean, and conscientious. Dm me if you are interested.
House has washing and drying machine, big living room, and a nice backyard.
If you’ve ever worked at kilmers, please let me know your experience. I’m kinda broke and a freshman so I want to get my first (ever) job. I’m hearing it’s flexible but do I need a resume? I’m a freshman so my resume is kinda piss ass. It’s on livi and I live on livi so it’s good for me lol
I’m a commuter, and I have to admit, my commute is pretty short compared to most. On average, it’s a 20 minute drive to Rutgers, 40 minutes round trip. I assumed most people had similar commute times, but nearly everyone I’ve talked to has a one hour or longer commute one way- and I’ve spoken to a lot of commuters. I only know one other person with a 20 minute commute like mine. So, where y’all at? You real or just a myth?
