I've been trying to create my CommunityID to connect it to my SRARs account for my final portion of my application but it won't let me. like it's saying my email that im putting in is already in use, when I didn't even create an account yet

I've contacted Rutgers about it but they say they won't get back to me til 5-7 days, but I need it to connect to my SRAR within 72 hrs of my common app submission.

Hi, I'm planning on moving up my grad date to be more competitive for internships, how many credits do I need to take over the summer to move up my graduation date by a year? I'm taking 14 credits in my fall semester as a freshman and I am taking 16 credits in the fall. I will be taking classes at community college over the summer, I will be doing online classes. I had 0 credits before college.

For the Data Science Major, If I were to take Stats II 212, I don't have to take Stat Inference 291 right? Because the website says the 291 requirement was expanded to include 212 and 384, so I just wanted to clarify that If I take 212, I would receive credit for it and wouldn't have to waste time taking 291.

Is a D a passing grade at Rutgers-New Brunswick? My understanding is that a D is a passing grade for general education courses or electives. However, for your major courses, the requirement pay be higher. Is that true? Does this mean that for general education classes, only an F is failing?

how come when you’re waiting for a bus on busch there’s like 10 B buses in 5 minutes and one A or H every 20 minutes, AND they always go up in time like i almost never get a bus before 10-20 minutes of waiting. and then when they do come they are packed bc college ave is a popular campus and the A and H buses come seldomly it’s so stupid how they have it set up there needs to be more A and H buses coming more frequently and less useless buses like 7 B buses that are empty coming one after the other with not even two minutes between them. this shit is driving me crazy

Ok can someone give proper confirmation on who makes the chem finals for intro chem classes whether its chem101/102 or gen chem for engineers. We have been told by people they are made by the National Chem Association, yet our teachers will not confirm or deny it in an email. The studying between the NCA exams online compared to the final exam review from 2016 on our canvas page are two drastically different things to study. The NCA prep and guides tend to actually follow through to their tests while our reviews are wildly different from our exams where they were worded differently and almost trick type questions or went backwards in different ways from the review.

My two friends and I (current first years) are planning to apply to be housed in either Newell, Henderson, or Starkey apartments on Douglass Campus next year, and we are looking for a fourth person so that we can up our chances of getting housed in them. We are currently housed in New Gibbons but are looking for a more apartment style experience.

We prefer:

A first or second year student possibly. Somebody neat, and tidy. Somebody who will be open to living around us and engaging with us on a normal basis. Somebody who won’t be home super late, or be too noisy.

So I'm coming from a CC after 2 years and I'm wondering what Rutgers is like in comparison in regards to academics, if anyone could give some insight. (Obvi I know it's very different but just curious for specifics!)

1. Are there a lot of assignments or is it more exam heavy?
2. Are the finals always cumulative or sometimes only on the last chapters?
3. Are class sizes always big? How big are they generally?
4. If anyone here was at a CC then came to rutgers, how was the adjustment?
5. (non-academic) Do a lot of people eat alone at dining halls? Are they always crowded?

I know its too late now but guys seriously I need help. I am interested to take physics major and took honors physics 1 this fall but my grades are too low. I am about to fail the course. Its not like I don't understand any concepts. I get everything but am not able to apply the right concepts at given problems. I studied so hard for midterm2 but didn't do well. I feel like I should give up but my homework and quiz grades are A and I don't think they matter as much. For some reason I am not able to do well in exams no matter how hard I study. I am completely locking in for finals but do you think I still have a chance of passing the grade. My current grade in course is 25/60. I don't wanna fail this course frr.
