In the past when you open album with a lot of pictures they all start loading. However, now images only start loading once you scroll to them, then they'll start getting less blurry which takes a little while for each and every image. Is this an intentional change?

Last fall I purchased a year of Pixiv Premium since I had been posting works regularly for a long time and the additional posting features were worth it to me. In February my account was suspended without warning. I suspect this was due to an automatic "realism" filter slapping some of my 2.5D works, but it was never made clear to me. I sent in a ticket asking for information about the ban. After a week of no reply, I tried to cancel my premium subscription. But apparently my suspended account can't access the Change Plan or the Change Credit Card info pages, so I'm unable to cancel my sub. I sent off another ticket to the help desk asking for assistance on canceling my subscription.

It's now been a month since that second ticket, and I've received absolutely nothing from Pixiv regarding the ban or the payments. The subscription lasts until the fall, but if they take over a month to respond I don't have any confidence they will ever do so. Not responding to an inquiry about payments is very unprofessional. Not letting me stop paying them is basically criminal.

I'm not sure where to go from here. Has anyone had a similar experience or know another way of contacting support that has a better chance of getting a reply?

With paypal going down the drain more and more, i wonder if anyone here has experience with any alternative that works for people outside of Japan. In some countries, Credit Cards are not very popular and rather difficult to get.

I am a little confused about the announcements wording when it comes to Paypal being used for requests. It says that "Paypal payments are currently unavailable", does this mean that Paypal will become available for all ages works in the future? I sent a message to Pixiv asking about this but I only received a statement similar to the announcement. Big thanks to anyone who has a clearer answer!

After I got banned with no warning I tried to delete my PixivFANBOX creator account, I followed all the steps described on the help/support page and I got the following message "An error occurred" when I hit "Delete account". So what now, how do I delete it?

A couple of my drawings are not appearing when I open pixiv on my phone, its not flagged as nsfw so I don't see what the issue is. Does anyone know what's going on?

About a month ago I received a mail from pixiv staff saying that one of the work I posted violated the guidelines and I was now permanently suspended. But no work was specified in the mail nor deleted from my page, I haven’t posted anything for like 4 months and none of the works violated anything they mentioned.

I’ve sent like 5 mails to the support one week apart every time but never got any response, this is moderately annoying since beyond posted stuff that I can just remove if problematic, I can’t browse, add bookmarks or use mobile app the entire account is frozen and it was all without any warning whatsoever

Is there anything I can do or I have to make another account

This is an honest question, because my curiosity is real.

This company has proven to be really bad (and I am generous with the adjective) in terms of treating artists.
It has been bad in support (there is no longer any, I'm talking about the past).
It has shown to have no ethics or criteria when it comes to measuring his errors.
It has shown that no longer knows what to do to give up to the pressure of the financial companies, instead of devising a way to protect content (as Fantia did at the time or as Unifans does now).
It is the most toxic platform (not because of the users) and stressful to work on.

So, this is my question:
Why don't Pixiv users get out of that bubble?
What sticks to the floor of that platform?

I was talking about it a few days ago with a great artist colleague and in turn he talked about it with others, but we have no answer.
Hundreds of artists have changed platforms and now work on freer and equally anonymous sites (even more so, like Unifans for example).
They have made it known on the networks and even on Pixiv itself.
Now users have uncensored, cheaper jobs at their disposal, with the same (even more) payment methods...

But no. Only a percentage dares to change. You don't take them out of that sanbox!

Is fear?
Is it distrust?
If so, how much false security does Pixiv give you?

So I have used pixiv for quite awhile and seen people be banned for silly things but I’ve seen crazy works that are extremely racist and the user has not been banned. They repeatedly call for the death of whites in their descriptions and even in the images. It’s clearly against pixivs terms of service so I have to ask is their any real moderation at all ? It’s ridiculous considering I once got a suspension over having a character from an anime in my pfp but how is someone allowed to be extremely racist for so long yet get a pass ?

Every month, at least 5-6 times, Pixiv becomes annoyingly slow and unusable.

And no it's not my provider, or my PC, or my browser, everything else opens instantly and works just fine.

Pixiv servers have just been trash for the past few years. They're not investing into servers and users are slowly leaving the platform altogether.

Japanese companies seem to keep making really dumb moves recently and losing customers left and right.
