I have 2 open rooms in my apartment and they have their own bathrooms in University Edge Apartments which is 2 miles away from the stadium, am willing to drive you to the game! Pm me with offers!
I know it says 8. But hoping it’s later. Will be getting home from work at about 8:10. :)
Notre Dame has the most Consensus All-American picks of any school in the history of college football. Of the 92 Irish players that have achieved the status of ‘Consensus All-American,’ 16 of them achieved it twice during their tenure at ND. The last to accomplish the feat was Aaron Taylor (1992 & 1993), over 30 years ago.
Well, the Irish finally have a 17th player that has accomplished the feat! Xavier Watts has officially been named a Consensus All-American for 2024, a repeat from 2023.
Watts is the first Consensus All-American that Notre Dame has had return for another season since Jeff Samardzija - who was a Consensus All American in 2005, but was not able to repeat in 2006.
It's still early and the final list of Consensus All-Americans is still pending (two outlets have yet to release their lists). But it's clear that no other ND players will be named Consensus All-Americans in 2024.

I saw a report last week mentioning that Indiana will have their intro music and video. I assume we’ll still have our usual ‘Here Come the Irish’ before kickoff, but what other elements of the home game experience can we expect?
In the past, we’ve done light shows for night games—any chance we’ll see one Friday night?
Any insights on what to expect for the game would be appreciated. Can’t wait for Friday night—Go Irish!
After Army’s huge loss to Navy have we played a team that would be currently ranked?
First off, let’s go Irish!
What’s up Irish nation, I’m super pumped up for this upcoming playoff game. So much at stake. First time in decades playing IU. Freeman just got his extension. And we’re on a roll right now with a 10 game win streak.
My question for my fellow Irish fans is: how do you think Denbrock scripts the opening drive?
Everyone knows we have a three-headed monster in the run game, but do we want to go out there and prove that? Or do we want to take some early deep shots? What’s the first play call?
Obviously it depends on what the game is looking like on our first possession, but for my question’s sake… imagine a touchback on the opening kickoff and RL is about snap the ball on the first play of the game.
What is the script looking like in this scenario?
Hello Irish Faithful,
What are your thoughts about the Hoosier game? How do you think the Offense will perform? Any standouts on Offense for this game? How do you think the Defense will perform? For Defense do you see any player having a breakout game?
Any other thoughts?
Go Irish!
Bet ND to cover the spread this Friday (-7.5)
ND 38-17. Go Irish ☘️
Edit: changed it from OVER to SPREAD. Typo.
I have just stumbled across tickets to Friday’s game and am looking to see if anyone has a group bus or share ride from Indy to the game and back. Will be for 2 people, am willing to chip in whatever $ cost associations.
He was considered one of the best CB at the start of the year, and anticipated to go first round. But since the injury, he’s fallen out. So does he consider coming back to being his stock back up?
CFB Playoff First Round: Friday, December 20th, ABC/ESPN, 8 PM EST 🍀
Does anyone know if there are lots outside of campus that are cool with tailgaters bringing small fire pits?
The ND website clearly stats the campus parking does not allow fire pits but I’ve heard that the $50 same day lots are generally more relaxed with rules and hoping to confirm with this group
He's got an average build. Not small and super shifty, not big and powerful. But he's got great speed and athleticism (remember those hurdles), he has the ability to get physical (saw him lower the shoulder), and he works well catching the ball out in space. Overall a balanced running back and a versatile weapon, sort of like CMC. Just some thoughts.
Any word on preferred colors for the game? Any chance of an "Irish wear green" day? We have the whole family at the game (12 people!), and are trying to plan to stay warm and be in the right color scheme.
Would row 7 of corner end zone be too low to see most of the action or are those awesome seats. South end. Or would row 33 be better? Thanks!
Sometimes Notre Dame Stadium will sell beer at the concessions for what they deem as “special events” (concerts, hockey, etc).
Does anyone know if the round 1 college football playoff game this coming Friday against Indiana qualifies as a “special event” and will they be selling beer?
Let’s get loud in there! Go Irish! ☘️
Does anyone know how to get a physical ticket stub for their CFP ticket round one? Will, Will call have them available on Friday ?
For the history books 😉
Legends? Morris Inn?
Looking for a spot to hang and drink between say 1-5pm, away from the elements, until the march into Mecca.
Legends has a ticketed event- $75 food and non-alcoholic drinks. That’s ok, but not good enough. O’Rourke’s is off path.
Any ideas?
Please do your due diligence when you are buying tickets for this game. I am seeing a ton of Scam/bots post about having tickets for sell (They all have the same story as to why they are selling). I would hate for someone to fall for one of these and get scammed out of their hard earned money. Please stick to Seat Geek (ND authorized ticket seller), Stub hub and Ticketmaster when buying tickets. I know TickPick and Gametime are gaining popularity in the 3rd party ticket apps. But Ive used both for tickets this season and both gave me troubles when trying to transfer tickets to me. Ive seen a few post about people being sold student tickets on those apps. Just beware. I know everyone’s experience will be different. Just trying to look out for people. Go Irish! ☘️
This is the matchup to watch IMO. Need another big game from Gray. Who wins this one?
I don’t like the 20F and 1-2” of snow forecast. The crappy weather will tend to equalize the teams. On a cloudless 65 degree day with no wind, we beat IU by 15+.
