Where is a great bakery that makes seeded rolls similar to all the best delis and cheesesteak places use?

I enjoy making my own hoagies at home but haven’t been able to find great bread in the various grocery stores I go to.

Closer to flourtown / Glenside preferable but willing to go further.

I love love love attending Phillys Thanksgiving Day parade. The last two years have really boosted my mental health by attending. I’m sad that it’s supposed to rain all day Thursday. I’m not sure it is even worth trying to go. Can anyone help me interpret the weather? Is it going to be pouring rain or light rain?

Looking for a new furniture store in the area with comparable prices and couch options to Bob's.

I do like their furniture but their delivery service is absolutely terrible. Three times in a row they've botched my delivery and we paid for the white glove service.
