    Just a thought

I think a huge issue with the entire white vs black in terms of people deal with crime. Crime rates, fuckin statistics, as if it would be any different if the roles were reversed. The media always refers to black people committing a brutal crime as being savage or brutish in nature, and a white person is (if not brushed out of the way) is an assailant, or some kind of mistake or misconjecture (spelling?) (I dunno if that is a word) However, like i said previously, racism is a baby born from society. If the roles were reversed, if whites were slaves, fuck me i think i may have been called some kind of pretty words worse than a 'ginger' AND i would be statistically more likely to commit a crime. Make no mistake,. what they say is true. We all bleed the same color. our coffins are relatively all the same size, our graves just as deep. dont judge a man by the color of his skin but instead by the content of his character, i believe that was malcolm x. It doesnt have to be so complicated, wake up sheeple. its the rich vs the poor. always has been, always will be. very few rich care and are angry about it, all of the poor do care and are angry as hell. And that anger is misplaced, and misdirected. everyone is a slave to their environment, and some see no other way to feed their families but from violence and selling drugs. if i was offered even 10k to kill a man, or to sell dope to kids, i would. to provide for my own. thats how they keep us down. they offer us a biscuit to live while they feast for free. This is the curse and stupidity of poverty. Be better.

The anti semitic roots of conspiracy theories

A conversation with Quassim Cassam, philosopher of conspiracy theories. His work focuses on where these ideas come from and how to dismantle them. The conversation centers on the ways that trust and social clout are manipulated to convince people of poorly supported conclusions, and alternatives to the peer review system. Overall, the conversation came back to a few themes - the anti semitic roots of many of these theories, and the ways that "truth telling" manipulates audiences.

Cassam suggests the best possible way to deal with these sorts of theories is by doing exactly what this sub does - pushing back against the presentations from a moral standpoint.

    R/conspiracy

Kinda sad to see r/conspiracy go out like the way it is. The blatant racism towards mostly blk, brown, and Jews is so disgusting. Are there any other legitimate conspiracy threads/subreddits that don’t parrot baseless Qanon conspiracies or political division?

Thinly-veiled post about Jews by /u/Jumido730 gets 160 points, attracts dozens of highly-voted comments

How did Brazilians manage to gain so much power within the United States?, asks OP.

In a quick skim of the 60+ comments, not a single one of them appears to call out the anti-semitism in the original post or the comments.

Long history if racism and bigotry from a user that moderators protect over in r/conspiracy

My history with this user goes many years back. I enjoyed mostly lurking on r/conspiracy and reading what other users had to say. However, I frequently came upon a user who was constantly abrasive, racist, and clearly bigoted when talking to other users. I noticed that he would be able to say literally anything he wanted without any lasting repercussions (a couple day ban for mods to save face), while the user he would be arguing with would be permanently banned despite them oftentimes not clearly breaking any rules. While he was banned he would continue participating in the sub with very obvious alts that the mods allowed to participate, despite obvious evidence of them being alt accounts skirting bans. I eventually butted heads with this user while looking through their account history, and it inevitably led to my ban from that subreddit.

As reddit is continuously trying to become a less hateful and more inclusive space, I figured we owe it to everyone on the site to take a look at this very popular user over there. These are some things that I compiled over time, most of which is very outdated as I had kind of lost interest in outing this drunkard when I realized there would be no punishments sent his way. Oh well, I will persists and post some of it here. I implore you to take your own deep dive into this users history and make it clear that his racist bullshit and site-wide rule breaking isn't ok:

    Racism/anti-semitism/bigotry:

An all time classic. Here, PLC interacts with a mod of conspiracy: N Bomb

    "Smelly brown skinned muslims"

David Duke has some good points guys!

    I'm a fan of Hitler

    Bonus Hitler Orgasm

    Casual Holocaust Denial

    Anti-semitism

    Big nosed Jews

    More

    Racism against Asians

Racism isn't a big deal anymore

    Gay people aren't mentally stable

This is in no way comprehensive. It is outdated and hasn't been added to in a long time.

    Ban evading/alt accounts:

Here is a graph that makes it pretty obvious that he's got some accounts that he uses when he is banned for his casual racism. The user who put together this graph also forgot another popular alt he uses, /u/jesuits_hate_spiders.

This is where he is clearly shown to be a disingenuous hypocritical user who is only there to stir the pot with racism and bigotry. Two of his favorite things to do is constantly tell users that they need to give him evidence for things they say and to call other users out for using alt accounts to ban evade. He will make users give him evidence from the most OBVIOUS or easily google-able shit, and then disappear when that evidence is provided. For example, in this thread you will see him request evidence that Trump has said and done some creepy shit about children. He can easily look this shit up, but refuses to and clogs down the discussion asking for the easy to find evidence. When a user gives him some evidence he doesn't reply. His job is done. He bogged shit down. Another example. I bring these things up because he did these things to me that led to my ban. If you take a deep dive into his account, you'll notice he says things like "I notice patterns, make observations, have evidence" etc., etc. Usually he is saying this about other people having alt accounts. He did this shit with me, saying he KNEW I was using alts and gaming the sub (before I was banned for exposing him). I begged him to expose me. I pleaded with him to out me. I wanted the mods/users over there to see how full of shit he was. Here is that conversation. It later led to me being banned. Anyway, you'll notice he never gave that evidence. Because there is none.

    General douche-baggery:

One of my favorites was this drunken rant when he wasn't made a mod, lol: Suck my uncut dick!

Women can't be leaders because they're too emotional

Whining about being called out for his hate speech that drags down conversations.

I'd add more, but I think you get the idea.

Reddit today announced that it would be removing some of The Donald subreddit's moderators, claiming they "have harassed Reddit employees, stickied rule-breaking content, and generally undermined progress." The site also said it would be "vetting" replacements.
