TIPS FOR GIFS WITH SOUND:

• Don't forget the start time option.
• Use meaningful titles, but leave some surprise.
• A matching beat is usually better. Consider this: Find the beats per minute (BPM) of the GIF and then search Google for song with X bpm.

No meaningless/generic titles: Do not use pointless generic titles like "My first try", or "I think this fits", etc. Use a title that describes the mashup you created or otherwise enhances the humor. If you can't think of anything great, just use a combination of titles; example "Daft Punk + Ned Flanders" = "Daft Ned". At the same time, try not to give away too much in the title; leave some surprise. In other words, don't put the punchline in the title.

Dancing GifSounds (MusicGifStation)

• If the theme of a song matches the theme of the GIF or is ironic, it probably belongs in /r/GifSound.

• If the theme of the song has no connection to the theme of the GIF, but it is a fun combo, it probably belongs in /r/MusicGifStation

• If changing the music of a combo would have little effect on its impact, it probably belongs in /r/MusicGifStation

• If the GIF has been banned in /r/GifSound, then it belongs in /r/MusicGifStation
