"Noodle" Microfiber Fabric Source?

I'm looking to buy fabric that has the "noodles" like a microfiber duster. The fabric doesn't necessarily even need to be microfiber, I just want the look of it. I've been able to find it on Alibaba, but I was hoping someone might have a reputable source with a wide color selection. Thanks y'all!

Shopping for fabric online, any recommendations?

Hi everyone,

I have shopping for T-shirt fabric and I want to know if anyone has any recommendations. Ideally, I would like to sample 4-5 different types of cotton (combed cotton, ring spun, different weights etc.) Are there any companies that have a wide variety of cotton nits / jersey to choose from? I've tried shopping locally in Los Angeles (Joann and Mood) and their selection is extremely limited. I appreciate the help!

What kind of fabric is this?

Hi everyone,

I am trying to identify what kind of fabric this is. It is used to make a t-shirt and it looks like the two sides of the fabric are different textures. Please let me know if you have any ideas!

Safe fabric for pets?

Hi!! I want to make homemade cat toys! Typically you would just use felt, however, I want to use something more ethical. I was thinking maybe bamboo felt? I don't know anything about fabrics.

Can someone suggest a material I could use that is similar to felt and safe for a cat to chew on!

Is there a word for that describes how a fabric can "expand or contract" around rounded surfaces without pleating?

some fabric are better than others are laying down smoothly on convex and concave surfaces.

is there a word to describe this quality?

Searching for a specific lace

Hi! Please help! I'm looking to make a veil that matches my wedding dress, so I want to find the exact lace that my dress is made from. Here's the 2019 Modest by Mon Cheri dress: link, more photos, close-up of the lace

I haven't found the lace or where Mon Cheri sources its lace from Google, so please let me know where I can find it! Thank you~

Which is better for a beanbag, micro suede or denim fabric?

I'm considering buying a couple of bean bags and I'm unsure which cover material to get. My options are micro suede or denim fabric. I am not sure which one would be best - what do you guys think and why?

Search fabric

Hello,

I have a huge problem, I'm trying to make a suit with this type of fabric, with these colors.

But it's impossible to find any that are stretch.

I've been looking all over the internet for days and days, but I can't find it. I'm willing to pay the price.

I'm not looking for "lycra lamé" but for a glossy/chrome effect, more like a latex/vinyl effect.

Does anyone know of a web site that sells this kind of elastic fabric?

thank you in advance

Super durable fabric

Strange request here. I'm looking for a fabric that can withstand being sandpapered over and over and over again without ripping.

Does such fabric exist?

Silk Velvet!

Where can I find Silk Velvet Upholstery Fabric that has no synthetic fibers? I.e. is not polyester or rayon. Also pricing, something that is not 200+ per yard, the most I’d pay is 80 a yard, or if not that I’d pay for remnant or end of bolt fabrics.

It’s so difficult finding this! If someone could post a link to a resource wether it be new fabric or discounted remnant fabric then I’m totally fine with that!

Looking for more than 10 yards, in a platinum or pearl silver color.
