Hey everyone,
I've been producing EDM since 2017, but most of my friends are into other genres, so it's been tough finding people to bounce ideas off of when it comes to electronic music. I think there’s a lot we can learn from each other, no matter the genre, so I’m looking to connect with other producers. Whether it’s exchanging feedback, working on projects together, or even doing remote sessions.
My style is influenced by artists like Martin Garrix, Mesto, Vluarr, and Matisse & Sadko, and I’m really into the sound coming from STMPD Records. I usually make Progressive House and Bass House, but I like experimenting with other genres too.
I haven’t released anything since 2020, but my production style has changed a lot since then. I’ve had my ups and downs with motivation, and I feel like having a few people in the production space to connect with could really help keep the momentum going.
If you’re in a similar spot and want to connect, share feedback, or maybe even collaborate, I’d love to hear from you.

None of us are ever going to make it. We're living in the EDM gold rush, and everyone just believes that if they work hard enough it'll happen. It won't. You suck. Quit and go live a normal life. The only people who actually make it are the sons and daughters of the lizard people who rule our society. Evil shape shifters who have mastered the art of human control and manipulation. It wasn't until I took 10 tabs of acid at Coachella when I saw what was really going on. I finally know the truth. I've been set free from the shackles of society and no longer need to pursue this fools dream. It was a set up from the beginning. A lie fed to us and now I know. I came here to spread this message. Please believe me.
Looking to get into djing but some shitty ❄️ would be fun while i play league of legends this weekend
Don't have enough for rent so that's not an option
The hard part is learning how to sound like everybody else.
You won’t believe what happens in the end

I don’t understand how to make songs that have a key? Is it like all the chords and melody belongs together in the same box? Well, for me they already belong together and I don’t need a “key” or any type of device to unlock the notes. What the hell are you talking about? I tried making my kick drum four times louder by adding the same kick drum four times. Now, when people hear my music they say it doesn’t have a key. I don’t need to have a key? Do you think this is a treasure chest? It’s not. It’s artful, tasteful and it’s my life. Key or no key. I hate music production.
Edit: I got some really useful replies in this thread, so I’m going to disregard everything. I sidechained my X-erfit 250 indoor training bike to the master output and reversed it. That means every time I complete 500 meters on the bike, the volume rises by 2dB, ultimately making THE MUSIC LOUD. I’m going to run a simulation of Tour De France which should give me THE LOUDEST MUSIC so far.
