I have been embroidering for about 4 years now, I love what I do and thankfully I get to create things worn all over the world. I will attach a photo of the things I do. I would love to get some advice on where to start digitizing what are referred to as “felties”. Very simple embroidery (like 1000-2500 stitches) I would just love to create my own designs for personal use! I will take ANYTHING anybody knows about digitizing and best software to use for what I would be making. Thanks in advance 😊

Now i just adding designs and hope to get more visits.
I have Hatch Digitizer 3 and I don't use it. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in purchasing my account. I will sell it for less than full price but still trying to get a good amount back on it. Message me if you are interested and maybe we can strike a deal that works.
How do you deal with customers asking for digitizing of copyrighted designs like college sports logos? I get so many requests for these.
Size would be ~4in tall x ~10in wide and I'm sure some of the detail will have to be dialed down, but what should I expect?
Hey, new to digitizing, but experienced embroiderer. From experience, I know that jumps are a pain because they have to be manually trimmed…but I also heard the auto trims are bad because they waste time and stitches and create extra density… so, how do you decided which to use if you’re unable to connect with a traveling/walking stitch? Thanks.
Our Company Digitized for our beloved customer and they loved with the sample. Share you thoughts please. Thank you
Im starting a new business and am looking for a digitizer thats looking for work. Looking to stay in the $10-$20 range per logo I send them.
Hello. I'm starting a promotional materials branding business, one of the services I'll be offering is embroidery. I know you can always outsource the digitizing part, but I would like to have the basics of it, to at least give me an understanding of a well done digitization. Can anyone recommend a course online that teaches this? Preferably free, like on YouTube maybe. Thank you.
Look at the detailed of our work and guess the sizes that what they embroidered. They loved to do Pets Digitized for their clients and loved with final result. Share your thoughts pleas
Any tips and tricks I should start looking into? Video channels that helped the most? Etc. Anything helps. Thank you!
Hey, using the hatch 3 auto embroidery, and (obv I know it doesn’t do as good of a job but I’m just trying it out) when I get the bitmap, it often has more colors than I actually want. How can I merge colors in the bitmap? There’s a merge button, but for me it’s greyed out and doesn’t let me use it? Has anybody found a solution or does someone know a trick that would help?
For example, I may have a black white and grey image, but the bitmap ends up seeing about 10 different shades of grey so I have more than the colors, how do I merge some of those with the black or grey to reduce the abundance of different colors?
Thanks for the help
I use wilcom and my digitizing settings were given by KENBLKWRK. His channel has been taken down and I recently had to reset my PC forcing the setting to be wilcoms default. With the KENBLKWRK settings every piece was easier to complete and minimal changes required. Does anyone have a guide or a preset preference they can share? I mean all the settings 😓
Absolutely new to digitizing embroidery. I have a file that I'd like to start sewing from the right side and move to the left. Is there a way to do this? I have Wilcom E4.
I'm sure I've seen a tutorial online where someone using hatch software was able to run back over the line previously created.
Does anyone know the shortcut for this?
I currently have been self-teaching myself how to use the application. I do already sell some embroidery files on Etsy, but when I sell them some of the designs have missing stiches when my clients buy them off my shop and stitch them on their items. Is there anything I can do or change on my settings? When I digitize each file I try my hardest to make sure they are perfect. I am not sure if I am using the correct spacing, stitch length, pull compensation, etc. Some of my designs come out pretty nice and others are missing stiches. If anyone could give me tips I would really appreciate them!
Thank you
If anyone is familiar with hatch embroidery. I have the soft and when I try to work on any project the screen moves a lot. It auto zooms itself into random places of the project and it’s hard for it to just stay in one place. Can anyone know how to have the screen stay still or take off auto zoom? When I see YouTube videos on tutorials I never see no one’s screen is moving.
