On October 31, an 15-16 year old teenager male was arrested at Perryton, Texas for the murder 62 year old Joni Lynn Morgan’s. Founded laying down in a field north of Rodeo Night Club. According to Ochiltree County Sheriff’s Office the cause and circumstances of the murder is unclear at this time and an autopsy has been ordered and still in investigation. 

As I seen the body was just dumped onto the ground without being hidden well or even buried. As I seen in the picture. This was very close to where I work. It was just back of the place. As I heard the boy was drugged with weed or something and, the babysitter got him trouble for having drugs then the boy got angry and decided to strangle with a cord the poor woman. But these just rumors so take it with a grain of salt.

When my son Bryan was taken to Korea more than 5 years ago, Parental abduction was essentially an unknown topic in Korea.
The law was against the parent who wanted to see their abducted children, making them go through hoops endlessly. While these parents had to suffer probably the biggest emotional torture you can think of, Korean courts have treated them as trouble makers or even a potential criminal who tried to infringe upon the kidnapper's peaceful life with the child.

Through the continuous effort of some parents raising issues and starting a public discussion, many people have started realizing that so many children in Korea are victims of this crime and Korean legal structure has basically provided an impunity to the parent who illegally took and hid away their children.
 Slowly, the mainstream media started realizing that this is child abuse, and should not be allowed based on the international standards.
