Submission Rules
Non-OC submissions are restricted to one per day (24-hour period).
Make sure your image is hosted by an approved host.(Reddit, Imgur, Flickr). Images hosted on blogs are allowed only if you are the original creator.
Original source is allowed and preferred over the approved hosts. If your submission is not on the list of approved hosts, but it is an original source, please use the tag [OS] so your submission is not removed in error. If your image is rehosted from another approved host it will be removed.
If you took the photo yourself, you can signify this by using the tag [OC] (original content) and after 24 hours you will be given special flair. If you don't receive flair after a few days feel free to message the mods.
Regarding reposts: it is not a repost unless it was posted to /r/castles less than 30 days ago, or if it's already in the top100 of all time.

This is for an embroidery project! The castle/keep in question is from a book series set in very early Ireland but I have an image of it in my head & none of the castles I’ve found that were/are in Ireland fit what my imagination has created so I’m curious if there are any out there, in another part of the world, that may match the version I’ve created in my head…
I’d love to hear/see your suggestions!
