Hey all, can anyone please tell me what this means? Watch auto updated in the past day and has been going crazy with black screens for prolonged periods and only showing this screen when I press the crown multiple times.
TIA for any assistance, this is kinda driving me crazy and I just want it to work normally.
Hello everyone, I am an owner of an S7 SS 45mm and I've noticed an incredible drop in overall battery health within the last 1.5 months. The battery health has dropped from 95% to 89% with no signs of stopping. I am very concerned for the watch. Can someone please let me know why this might be the issue? I've tried slow charger bricks and they still heat the watch to a great extent. PS: My use is heavy and I do expect around 2% of it to drop every month but now its just crazy.
Hey everyone, new to Apple ecosystem and recently purchased the Apple Watch Ultra 2. Any recommendations for a compact(and classy) travel case? I do not want to wear my watch in business meetings as I prefer traditional timepiece if in a suit. It's not a requirement to have charging capability in that I have my Anker 3 in one portable for that occasion.
I've been looking for an answer and the constant theme is that this is how it is supposed to work. My issue is up until today, My notification on my iPhone made sounds. I rely on my notification sounds to respond quickly to various requests. Can someone help me? I don't think I changed anything but now all my notifications that made sounds literally yesterday are just vibrating my wrist. Im certain nothing has changed...
I use an iPhone X on iOS 16.7.3 and I have an old watch of my friend’s which in a Series 4 Apple Watch. When I try to pair it with my phone it says “This Apple Watch requires a newer version of iOS.” And iOS 16.7.3 is the latest version of beta 16 software. I tried it my other friend’s phone which is an iPhone 11 and it paired completely fine. Is there a problem with my phone or the watch? Do I need to replace my phone or watch for a new one? Or is there anyway to fix this?
It happened twice in the last week. I take it off to charge but as soon as it isn't touching my wrist instead of locking the screen turns Off and won't turn back On even if I try putting it back on my wrist or put it on the charger.
If I press the screen there's a slight vibration from the haptic but nothing else.
The only thing I can do is restart the watch.
Anyone ever had this happen?
Genuinely confused, it’s bigger, more expensive, uglier, why would you get it unless you need the sports feature? Even if you just want to flex you can get a stainless steel or titanium model for the same price
I had previously turned off the Mindfulness notifications, but I was surprised to get an "Enjoy the day" comment from my watch. I want to turn off all those types of extra comments from the watch. Does anyone know where that one originates, where I can turn such things off?
Does this happen to anyone else? I’ve had this SE 2 w/ cellular for about week now. It will often go long stretches of time where it will hang when I ask it to remind me about something, despite transcribing my request just fine. It will add the reminder anyway after giving me the error.
Hi, i have an 7 series and I don’t feel like to update after reading so many bad opinions about watchOS 10. I’m just curious about how many of you are in the same position. So, for the ones who have the watch for some time (no news ones because they are on watchOS 10) did you update or still on watchOS 9?
So I literally tried to pay at a gas station and I double pressed the side button on my Apple Watch. All it did was bring up my control center. So I embarrassingly just paid with my iPhone…
Literally what is wrong? Like it’s so updated to the current version of WatchOS 10.2. I don’t understand…
Anyone knows an app that shows (on complications or in the app) the value of lowest heart rate displayed with big numbers, not just like is on default app, it’s too small for old people.
Hi! I would like to monitor my go-kart trainings and races, preferably using the standard Workout app. Any suggestions? I would like to record at the same time speed and health data.
I can't use google map on my phone and watch at the same time. it is not linked together but can only operate independently
To celebrate the release of the first trailer for GTA VI, I'm giving away promo codes for my app, Mini-Map Radar. Share with friends who have an Apple Watch! What's been added in the latest updates:
— Export of markers from Google Maps and Apple Maps
— Added Always-On mode and workouts
— Map rotation along with the watch compass
— Location search to add points in the app
If you don’t know what it is, it’s basically a tamagotchi like game where your (magical) pet is kept alive from your steps and heart beats. I used it a lot in the pandemic to stay active with my Series 4. It’s been years since the last update, but hopefully it still works 🙏🏽. Nomi
For those of you who own the Polar H10, or something similar, are Cardio Recovery and Cardio Fitness not being added to Apple Health after a workout?
My dad just gave me his old series 2 Apple Watch which has been dead for atleast a few years. Worked when he last used it.
I’ve charged it for around 4 hours using different high wattage bricks and cannot get it to turn on.
When I leave it plugged in, it gets hot, so I assume it is charging but the screen has been black the whole time.
I’ve tried holding both buttons for an extended period of time and I can’t seem to get it to turn on.
Am I missing something?
Thanks!
What is that white line on the right?
My watch has been charging up inconsistently for a few months. I read about the dynamic charging and how it’s “normal” for the watch to not fully charge some days. Except that my watch is only charging up to 40% on some days. And then this morning, I go to put on my watch and it actually lost charge last night! It was on the charger from about 11pm to 7am and the charge went down to 7%. This is getting absurd.
Is it worth contacting Apple? If I turn off the dynamic namic charging permanently, what does that mean for my battery life? Does it matter that my bedtime and wake up time is somewhat variable?
Hello everyone
With my apple watch 7, connected to iphone 15PM, it synchronizes the various focus modes set previously with the phone. The focus mode for work has as a rule to mute the phone and notify (via phone vibration) some app notifications such as whatsapp, teams and calls.
My problem is that Apple watch doesn't give a damn about the silent setting and with every notification that comes in from those apps, it starts making noise in the office...
I am probably missing something, but how can it be done to set the silent mode as well on apple watch with focus mode automatically? I don't want to set it manually, because when I forget to turn off the silent mode, I don't wake up in time the next morning because of the absence of sound.
Hi So I’m new to the Apple Watch world and wanted to buy the new one. I always had problems with bracelets and rings because my hands are tiny and my wrist is 12cm. Anyone with similar wrist size wearing Apple Watch ? I would choose the smaller one ofc but I’m afraid that the band will be too big.
hi 17.1.2 still same for me , i think its the iran problem , just iranian have this problem and i think its the cellular towers, i have iphone 12 pro max and apple watch 5 , i think it is iphone 12 series problem too
