My friend u/CastMagica (qifrey) and I finally had a photoshoot for the costumes we hurriedly made two years ago for a convention! They're not ready for posting yet but I thought I'd share one of my favourites haha
Wanted to play around with a new medium (watercolor pencil) and who better to practice color with than Tetia! Enjoyed this one a lot :)
I’m new to the subreddit so sorry if this has been discussed but is the implication that Iguin is the one with Qifrey’s face?
Way back in the early chapters of the manga with Qifrey’s threatening Sasaran, he asked him if he’s seen a brimmed cap with his visage. Which means “a person’s face”. Unless I completely misunderstood what Qifrey was asking I assumed that the one with his face would be the one that’s always hiding his face.
My idea for this spell is for helping travel in deserts or rocky lands, for caravens and vehicles or in a surfboard/skate. Even if witches can use door windows or fly i bet it would be a fun sport
The lower part of the sand would make the land more soft or making it into more fine sand ( i not quite sure if putting the radial sign under the crush sign would hep), the collums sign would redirect the sand in the opposite way and the pull sign would give it more speed
I LOVE the dichotomy of their both of their clothing. Dark on the inside and bright on the outside for Qifrey and vice versa for Olruggio.
I’ve been wondering a lot about what other people may think about more pre-established characters becoming Brimhats, similar to what happened with Custus. It seems that Coco becoming a Brimhat is not an “if” but a “when”, shown in many panels throughout the series. I feel like characters like Atwert and even Tetia have the potential to start messing with forbidden magic. I just think it’s an interesting topic after seeing Custus turn to the Brimhats/everything that has happened in the Silver Eye arc.
For those who still have old school red and blue 3d glasses here's page 9 of chapter 37 in 3d
I'm not really on social media. I found out through this sub that Shirahama-sensei was in NYC and was signing art prints. I would've made an effort to attend, but I wasn't keyed into her events. I imagine things will change for her once the anime airs and it would've been a great opportunity to meet her before she got more popular.
Besides this sub, is there a best place to follow the artist for updates? I speak Japanese and can navigate Japanese websites as well. Thank you!
I don't think it turned out bad, but the paint marker was more difficult to use than I thought it'd be. I'm likely going to go in with a sharpie to try and fix things later
I know Kamome Shirahama has been attending many events! So with that, I’m eagerly looking for her autograph!
Ideally I’d love any manga signed from this month! Or postcards from AX!
Thank ya’ll for any leads 🥹✨
Im sure some people are aware of the "What if Iguin is Coco's father" theory, but I wanna expand on that. What if, originally he died as the story follows, but was brought back to life with forbidden magic and was so amazed by it that he lived in the shadows and mastered it himself, then wanted to extend it's power to Coco. It would make sense since he's so obsessed with Coco being some sort of saviour. Maybe the "saving" is Coco's mother being used as some sort of diversion to get her closer to forbidden magic and once it's used as a tool to bring her mother back, Coco along with her mother will be amazed by it and welcoming to it, having her father being able to easily come back in her life.
(Sorry if this makes no sense it's 2 [technically 3 in the morning cus daylight savings happened tonight] in the morning and I'm consuming as much wha content as possible rn)
