Anyone cop it? If so what are your thoughts?

1. When creating installers, provide me with the option to only install my preferred wrapper. I dont like it when an installer by default installs VST, VST3 and components and whatever else there is.For what logical reason would I need 3 different versions of the same plugin? There is none.

2. Stop messing up my documents folder. There is a hidden user Library folder with an Application Support folder that is specifically made for this on mac. I bet its similar with windows.

3. Use the presets folder in SystemDrive/Library/Audio/Presets. Is such a mess if you all decide that you need a very own presets folder somewhere on my system. This is so messy. Make your plugin create a subfolder with the plugins name and put the presets in there.

STOP CLUTTERING MY FILESYSTEM. This is just poor application development.

Im still searching for an alternative to Hooked which lets you upload your own samples/vocals but without subscription plan. How is it possible that there's no good alternative to this with a one time payment? or am i completely missing out on some good alternatives?

I want to explore more of the slavic/folk sound and integrate that into my music. I currently using decentsampler for accordeon,dombra etc. But I'm curious what a good recommendation is for those type of instruments like accordeon, balalaika and domra etc. And maybe recommended plugins who work cohesive with those instruments.

The most annoying thing when I work with VST is the noise from my PC. It's the only thing that prevent me from full switch from hardware to software. The PC does not have to be super fast - i5 or i7 CPUs are fine enough. However, I wonder what cooling I should use? Even if I use water cooling, the pump noise is still there, right? Maybe a laptop is a better idea? Mini PC?

Retrologue's manual provides the terms like "master" and "slave" but does not give details on the definitions. My understanding is that it has no two or more oscillators in the hardware sense as it is a sort of algorithm or simulation. I have encountered various questions on whether there are any hidden master oscillators and whether the visible ones (primary) function as slaves or masters? Am I right in admitting this, why Massive provides a simulation where 2 oscillators are connected for different modulation purposes? Is it another approach?

I just downloaded Midiculous to identify chords im playing in real time. However i noticed that it mis identifies certain 4 note chords even in the root position. The example i had, (set in C major), playing B D F A, vs B D F A-flat. It had both as B dim7, instead of one being dim and the other as half dim. I haven't tried all diatonic 7 chords yet. Anyone else found any discrepancies?

I want simple peak meter plugin that reads the peak dBFS of a channel in my daw, with no UI, just the db peak value in numbers. I currently have wave candy with the normal vertical peak meter, but it is annoying to know the exact peak value, as i have to get my mouse over the meter to check the exact number.

Ive searched, but all of them have a UI and lots of addons, so i wondered if i could ask chatgpt to code a plugin like this for me.

And it did, but i really dont have any programming knowledge, i dont really know how to set up my enviroment to make a audio vst plugin or dll, ive tried with JUCE, microsoft VS and HISE. Is there any good video guide i can follow to do this? Is there another easier way to do this? Thanks

i had an hp all in one. the specs were mediocre but its cpu performed at x64 capabilities, my fl 21 producer edition supports that too ofc. well, i got an acer nitro 5, this is an amd processor not an intel, but its still x64, windows 11 just like the hp, and the identical version of fl, but for some reason none of my guitar amp vsts will work. other 3rd party vsts will work, just not them for some reason. i need to be able to use my nembrini audio jmp pro. ive used different installers for it, even tried the marshall jmp. tried other nembrini vsts. none of them work and they never have an error code, it just says they failed to load for an unknown reason. can someone help me? this is really frustrating and none of my projects will ever sound the same again if i cant fix this
