F.A.Q's
Why stick and poke?
For some it's all about the DIY mindset. For some people the person giving the tattoo is just as important as what the tattoo is and they would rather have a close friend do it or do it themselves instead of a professional.

I can’t be the only one that loves the process of setting up before starting a session.
Small and shitty but still cute
flash for my friend :P
The stencil refused to be wiped away! The British library has so many cool public domain images and I was so excited to tat this one - almost_tattoos thanks for looking
My SnP wedding band with our initials in Morse code. It's been 2 weeks since the final touch-up. It's just a touch faded, and looks completely healed. I've read that it takes months to heal. Is that just an urban legend or is there anything else I should expect as part of the healing process?
Edit: I forgot to post a picture. Lol. 🥴 The follow-up picture can be found in my next post.
I really want to learn how to stick and poke but I have zero experience and not sure what I should buy to start with. I’m in UK. Any advice ?
Really happy with how these came out! Only took about 2 hours and I did them myself! Not as painful as I thought it was going to be:)
Healed ish, too. About a week old! Not the greatest, but I love his wonky little self. Will need another pass over more than likely
Healed-ish. It's a week or so old!
Feels so good to hankpoke again 🧙♂️!! Tricky part to auto tattoo haha
As promised, here's an updated picture of how the snp on my fingers healed. This is after about 18days. It's held up more than I expected and not sure yet if I'll go over them.
Hey guys, I hope this isn’t a silly question … I’m obviously new to stick and poking but I just ordered some supplies and am excited to get started :) I was curious as to if there are any types of markers youse would recommend for drawing (sharpies, fountain pens etc) my designs on tracing paper or if it matters at all. Thank you!
my first stick and poke tattoo on my ankle! took like 1 hour and did about 3 passes :) the first pass hardly stuck bc I wasn't going deep enough lol. any tips/ advice welcome and appreciated !
